Chapter 13

*Flashback*

Me and Diego were running on the beach like little kids enjoying our lives

This was seriously one of the best days I ever had in my entire life

Diego starts running in front leaving me behind

"Diegoooo."I shout as I start to run faster
"Don't leave me here you fucking dick."I shout as I get to where he was resting and I jump on his back making him fall on the sand

"Fuckkkk I just ruined my clothes."I whined

"You own me new clothes Diego. I swear. You and you're stupid idea."I say to him

"Well you enjoyed my stupid idea."He says

"Yea yea sure.
Come with me to the beach Diana. It's gonna be fun bla bla bla."I tried to mock hum but ended up failing really fucking bad

"Ummm excuse me I don't sound like that."He says to me

"Yeah sure.
Come on Diana- "I mock him again but before I could finish Diego picks me up and spins me around

I start laughing and look at him to see him laughing as well. His laugh. His cute fucking smile. His dimples when he smiles. Every single small detail about him.

It's perfect

"DIEGO PUT ME DOWNNNN!"I shout as I continue to laugh

He finally puts me down and takes one more look at me before we both start laughing again

"This was seriously one of the best days of my life."I say to him

"Same. I really enjoy hanging out with you. I feel like I can always be myself around you."Diego says as he looks at me

I turn my attention towards the sky.
The starts were so beautiful. Shining on the sky.

"You like looking at the starts?"Diego asks

"Um yeah I love looking at the starts. It really calms me down."I say to him

"Diego.
I want you to promise me something."I say to him as I look into his eyes and I get lost

"Yeah sure, what is it?"He asks

"Promise me this is forever. Promise me that nothing is ever gonna change. That we will always be friends." I say to him

"I promise you."He says as he smiles

"Diego look at the starts."I say to him and I turn my attention back to the beautiful sky

"Look at the brightest star. That's forever gonna be our star no matter what and if I will not be there just look at the star and think of me."I say to him

"Our star."He says as he pulls me into his warm hands. It feels so safe yet so wrong.

*Flashback over*

I look outside my window and see the bright star shining on the beautiful sky
