(Y/n's pov)

I woke up the next morning at 12 am to my mom yelling at me that someone named Beverly Marsh was on the phone.

I groaned and rolled out of bed. I took the covers from my bed and wrapped it around me, so I looked like nun. I shuffled out of my room and downstairs.

My mom was waiting by the phone, looking at me annoyed. "Why is she calling so early in the morning?" I groan, taking the phone from her. "It's 12, (Y/n)," she says, walking into the kitchen.

"Still early," I mumble before putting the phone to my face. "Hello?" I ask.

"Hey, (Y/n). Can you come to my place? I need to show you something," Bev said, sounding nervous. "Yeah, sure. I'll come right now. Is anything wrong?" I ask, playing with the cord.
"Just hurry. Bye," she says before hanging up.

After I get ready, I get my bike and start riding to her apartment. I hope everything is okay.

I go to the back of the apartment building and see Beverly waiting for me on the stairs. I quickly drop my bike and climb up the stairs. She grabs my hand and leads me to her apartment.

We walk through the hallway. I look around. I used to go here sometimes. Back when Bev and I were really good friends.

Beverly points to the closed bathroom door. "In there," she says nervously. I walk over to the door and open it to see a bathroom that is covered in blood. Every inch. I almost gag at the smell, but manage to not move an inch.

"So you can see it," Bev asks and I turn to her. "Yeah, why wouldn't I be able to?" I ask. "My father didn't see it. He acted normal," she responded, staring at the blood.

I look back at the bathroom before closing the door. "I called the Losers Club to see if they can see it to," Beverly says as we walk down the hall and back to the stairs.

"How did that happen?" I ask as we sit down the stairs, waiting for the boys. "I heard voices that came from the sink and then it just suddenly shooted out from the pipe," she explained. I mean, I believe it. With all the weird shit that has been happening. Bev takes out a cigarette and lights it up with her lighter.

"I believe it," I say quietly, staring at the buildings ahead. Beverly turns to me and offers me the cigarette. "You do?"

I turn to her and nod, taking the cancer stick and inhaling the smoke. Just one won't hurt hopefully. "Has anything weird happened to you?" Beverly asks, taking the cigarette back and inhaling the smoke. I look down, thinking of what happened in that alleyway.

"Yeah," I say quietly, hoping she doesn't ask anymore questions. Thankfully, Beverly doesn't.

I hear Richie's loud voice and I spring up, going to the edge of the stairs with Bev aside me. We then run down the stairs quickly, meeting the boys that are on their bikes at the back of the building.

"I need- I need to show you something," Beverly says urgently. "What is it?" Eddie asks, dropping his bike. "More of what we saw at the quarry?" Richie jokes which makes me give him a dirty look.

"Shut up! Just shut up, Richie!" Eddie shouts at him before turning back to Beverly.

"My dad will kill me if he finds out I had boys in the apartment," Bev says. "Someone can be the look out," I suggest, looking at Beverly and then the boys.

"Richie st-stay here," Bill says as everyone sets their bikes down. Richie furrows his eyebrows and spreads out his arms. "Woah, woah, woah! What if her dad comes back?" he shouts at us as we walk towards the stairs.

Stanley turns around to look at Richie. "Do what you always do, start talking!" he shouts back before climbing up the stairs behind us. Stanley is my favorite so far.

"It is a gift!" Richie shouts weakly, staying on his bike.

We walk down the narrow hallway slowly with Bev and I in the lead. "In there," Beverly says softly, staring at the door ahead. I gulp loudly as I stare at the door with her.

"What is it?" Stanley asks quickly. "You'll see," I say back, not looking at him. Eddie started to ramble on about some shit that bathrooms are nasty. I let Bill go in front of me.

Eddie slowly stops talking as Bill pushes the door open to show the bloody room. "I knew it," Eddie gags. Same, Eddie. Same.

"You can see it?" Bev asks shakily. "Yes," Eddie breathes out.

"What happened in here?" Bill asks. "My dad couldn't see it. I thought I might be crazy," she answers with her hands in her pockets.

"Well if you're crazy, then we're all crazy," Ben says softly. "We c-can't leave it like this," Bill says before slowly entering the bathroom.

A few hours later, I'm pushing a bag full of blood into a garbage bin downstairs. The bathroom was pretty much spotless now that we cleaned it all up.

"Bill defiantly likes Beverly," Stanley chuckles as he stuffs black garbage bag into the bin. "No shit," I say, turning to him. "So does Ben."

"Not suprised," Eddie says while cringing at the blood that is on his shoes. "They are both pretty obvious."

I see Ben climb down the stairs as I take off my bloody yellow gloves. "What's with the sad face?" I ask as he throws his black bag in with the others. "Nothing," Ben mumbles as he walks over to his bike. I raise my eyebrow. Well then.
