I Call Hera Names

Holly POV

I wasn't allowed to cuss, but I could come close.

"Hera's a beehive," I muttered.

"What?" Will sounded really confused.

"Nothing," I said. I ate some ambrosia and stood up, already feeling a little better.

"Are you sure you're okay?" He asked.

I smiled and nodded. "Come on, child. Let's go."

"I'm a over a year and a half older than you!" I ignored him and plunged deeper into the jungle.

We were pretty quiet. Usually Will would be flirting with me like crazy. Maybe he finally got the hint.

I jumped at everything I saw, including my own hand. I could hear Will snickering behind me.

"Shut up," I muttered.

"Can we rest for a minute?" Will asked me. I nodded, and he fell asleep against a tree.

I took his phone. Pippin had texted multiple times. I texted him 'Hi, it's Holly.' and he majorly flipped out:

'ASDFJKLSOSJNEJFOVKEMDMFOOF YOU'RE ALIVE!!! Thank the gods. Don't do that again.'

I burst out laughing. I felt bad for him, but it was still funny.

'You're laughing at me, aren't you?' Pippin texted.

'Of course I am.' I texted back. I could practically hear him groaning.

'You suck. What's Will doing?'

'He's sleeping.'

'What supplies do you have?'

I checked our bags.

'We've got at least twenty pieces of ambrosia each, three canteens of nectar, 4 chickens, a bag of chips, and 13 boxes of Triscuits.' I texted him.

'Um...okay. Do you not have any kind of shelter or sleeping bags or anything?' I facepalmed. Why didn't I remember to pack that in the first place?

'You could've told me that earlier. And Will doesn't have anything.'

'Wow, you guys are smart.'

'Hey, I'm related to Percy, it's not my fault I'm stupid.'

'What about Will?' I looked over at him. Since when does he have a teddy bear?

'Yeah, he's not the brightest,' I texted him.

'Okay, I'm going to bed, I'm exhausted.' Yeah, that makes sense.

'Have a good nap.' I told him.

I think he fell asleep on his keyboard or something. 'Akakwnwkcoowpwpdodiebejdidujenenfjjd.'

"That's nice," I muttered aloud, then fell asleep myself.
