-MELODY POV-
My alarm started ringing. I moaned and rolled over. Last day of school, just one more day. Just because I'm a nerd, doesn't mean I love school.
"Melody!" Amber yelled from the kitchen downstairs.
"What?" I shouted back.
"You need a ride to school or are you driving yourself?" She asked.
"I'm riding with you!" I yelled.
"Then hurry up!"Amber shouted.
I ran to my bathroom. I brushed my teeth and put on some mascara. I threw on my "bear hugs" tank top and pulled on white shorts. I laced up my combat boots, grabbed my bag, and ran down the stairs.
"Finally!"Ava said.
"Hey! I was only ten minutes!" I said.
"Let's just go, I want to stop by Starbucks before dropping you guys off," Amber said.
Ava, Amber, Ashley(A/N: yeah, a lot of a's), Jess, Hannah, Renée, and I hopped in Amber's car. I cut on the CD player. The girls moaned.
"Really? One Direction AGAIN?" Ashley asked.
"No, this time it's 5SOS, but, you guys know you love 1D," I said.
"Louis is really hot," Amber said.
"See? Amber agrees!" I said.
"Don't get used to it," she said.
"Whatever! lets just focus on the last day of school!" Ashley said.
"Final exams, then FREEDOM!!!" Jess said.
"So we're going shopping, tomorrow, right?" Renée asked.
"No"
"Nope"
"Can't go, visiting family"
"Busy"
"Sorry, can't come"
"Sleeping in"
"Really guys?" Renée said.
"You and I will go next week," I told her.
"Yay! it'll be really fun!" she said.
Amber pulled into my high school parking lot. Renée, Hannah, Ashley, and I got out.
"You taking the bus home?" Ava asked.
"Yeah, we're fine. See you guys at home!" I said.
And that's how my day began...
