-Lucinda’s POV-

“Kawaii-Chan!” Everyone cried.

Zane immediately started racing up the stairs with Aphmau.

The rest of us followed behind them.

“She’s not here!” Zane exasperatedly said.

“How?” Aph cried.

“Lucinda, do something!”

“What?”

“The spell you used last time!”

“The one that didn’t work?”

“Yes!”

Zane and I continued arguing.

“Everybody calm down!” Ghost yelled.

Everyone stopped in her presence.

“There’s a hint of magic here, but it’s going away fast. If we want to do something, we need to act fast.
Lucinda, please use your spell to find her.”

“Right!” I got on the spell.

As soon as the green footprints started appearing, Zane automatically started following them like Shreklock Homes.

The great Shreklock Homes, with his trusted assistant Wallson.

“Who would do this?” Zane questioned and cried, we could all hear the emotion in his voice.

“Ein would,” Aaron muttered.

Without us noticing, the footprints disappeared quickly.

“No!” Zane cried.

“Lucinda, do it again!”

“I- “

“She can’t. Whatever remnants of the magic that was there is gone.” Ghost informed us.

“But I… “Zane turned to us, showing us the tears streaming from his eyes.

Garroth and Aphmau immediately comforted him.

“It’ll be fine, Baby Bro,” Garroth tried to say.

“No, it won’t be fine! Do you realize how close a relationship we had?” Zane’s fist was clenched.

“She told me her real name!” Zane yelled, crying up a flood.

“Kawaii-Chan has a ‘real name’?” Aaron asked.

“Yes!” Zane screamed.

He buried his face into his and Kawaii-Chan’s bed, as Kim and I walked away alarmed.
