Ashton's POV*

I took a sip of the drink Ronnie made me and scrunched my face up as the mixed- fruit vodka went down my throat. My body laid limp on the couch and I swear, Milo looks just as bored as I was. Jai hasn't mentioned a thing about Ariana to the others and I was just wondering if he was even going to say anything.

"Yeah, babe." A voice said from the door. When I turned my head, Jai was on the phone and shutting the door leading to the back yard. Who the Hell is he talking to? "I miss you too. How are things over there?-- Just tell me when you get back then, baby." Aria. "Milo is fine, he's just chilling on the carpet at the moment.-- The boys miss you too, but I miss you the most." I couldn't help but cringe and roll my eyes. Before I could even start to barf, I jugged down the rest of my drink.

"Ronnie!" I shouted, watching as he turned around from talking to Mariam in the kitchen with James and Tiffany. "Another drink, my lovely friend." I cheekily smiled, seeing them all laugh before Ronnie began mixing. "Extra strong, please."

"Oh, no, babe. That was just Ashton.-- Yeah, we're sort of just hanging around, smoking and drinking.-- No, it's not cigarettes, it's vapor, remember? I haven't had a drink yet, but I will.-- Okay, baby. See you tomorrow night, bye." I observed as he hung up with a smile on his face and walked over to me, falling back onto the couch with a sigh.

As if on time, Ronnie brought over a red cup filled with another mixed drink and Jai a bottle of Corona. He took a big gulp almost instantly and rubbed his temple with his fingers. Should I give him the talk?

"So," I began. I so am giving him this talk. "I know what you did, Jai." Without looking at him, I took another sip, letting it burn the whole way down my throat.

Letting out a satisfied burp, I turned my head to look at Jai who was staring down at his bottle. When I cleared my throat, he seemed to snap out of the silent daze he was in. "I- I don't kn-"

"Cut the shit, man." I chuckled, shoving his shoulder with mine playfully. "Look, you're dating my ex- girlfriend, and I understand that. But cheating on her for a cheap fuck?"

Jai was quick to be defensive. "She isn't a che- I mean, we didn't do anything." He covered up just as quick as his defense. I couldn't help but smirk at the outcome. Wow, these drinks are making me feel like a total, on- spot asshole. Let me hear that excuse, Brooks. "We- Ariana and I were just playing a friendly game of checkers." I nearly choked on my fucking drink when I heard him say that. "You okay, man?"

"Oh my God, Jai." I choked out in between laughs and seriously choking to death. "I know you two fucked. Just admit that you cheated on Aria with your hot, but evil, ex- girlfriend. Speak now or forever hold your peace." Setting the drink down on the coffee table in front of me, I crossed my hands over my stomach and leaned back, turning my head to look at him.

"You're going to tell her, aren't you." He said in an accusing, yet soft tone, looking down at his drink.

I chuckled, shaking my head a bit. "No, I'm not." I told him, seeing as his face went into one of complete surprise. "I know she's my ex- girlfriend and I still love the living fuck out of her, but her happiness is everything to me." I seriously can't believe I'm confessing this to Aria's current boyfriend.
