A little kid was walking down the beach. This beach had miles of miles of starfish that had washed up on shore. He picked one up and threw it back into the water. An older man who was fishing nearby tilted his head. "What are you doing kid?" He asked. "There's so many. You can't possibly think you're making any difference." The kid just pointed to the small ripples emitting from the spot the starfish had landed. "I made a difference to that one," he replied.
I think I saw this on Girl Meets World. It's rather inspirational.
