            A note was sitting on Leigh's desk when she arrived the next day.

            She abandoned her things and went book hunting. Running her fingers along the spines, she read the authors' initials and admired the colourful spines. It was one of Leigh's life goals to accumulate an impressive library of novels. Her current bookshelf had a grand collection of paperbacks and hardbacks, but she still had a long way to go.

            When she finally found the book, Leigh dropped onto the ground and opened it. As predicted, a note fell from the pages and fluttered easily into her lap.

            Don't issue it out.
            It's too spectacular not to own.

            Still wedged between the pages was a gift card to spend at her local book store, with enough money to purchase his recommendation. But although Noah had practically bought her a book, she couldn't stop thinking about the last line of his note.
