1. Banana Pancakes

-2 eggs

- 1 banana

-1/2 cup of oats

-1/4 cup of apple sauce

-1 tsp of vanilla

3. Chocolate smoothie bowl

- 2 frozen bananas

-1/3 Cup of almond milk

-2 tablespoons of peanut butter

-2 tablespoons of cacao powder for toppings

-1/2 banana sliced

-chocolate granola

-peanut butter to drizzle

-chia seeds
