its a bad day not a bad life

So today you are having a bad day, you're not feeling your best for whatever reason. Bad days are hard and can be draining but it's important to remember they don't last, things always get better.

It's okay to have bad days and not feel yourself, everyone has them! You should take this day to care for yourself so here are things you can do to maybe make you feel better:

1. write down your feelings in a book or on the notes app

2. listen to some sad songs and have a good cry or listen to some uplifting songs to make you feel better about yourself!

3. run a bath and put a bath bomb in and some bubbles, spoil yourself and have some chocolate and a drink of your choice, put on a comedy or romcom and relax

4. talk to someone a friend, a family member even a pet and talk about how you feel, getting it out will make you feel better

5. put some comfy pjs on and do a face mask

6. tidy your room, doing something productive may make you feel a lot better and cleaner

7. write 10 positive things about yourself 

8. try baking something, try out a recipe you've always wanted to try

9. write down your plans for the future and the following year to make you excited for what is to come

10. go to bed early and remind yourself that tomorrow is a new day and to have a positive outlook about it and forget today 

It's not a bad life, it's just a bad day. Things can and will always get better so never give up! try some of the tips above and if you have any of your own comment them down below :)
