Here are some healthy habits to focus on. These will increase your happiness and health. 

1. You should aim to walk at least 9,000 steps a day. Fit bits can be used to easily track this, you can then set goals. 

2. Make sure you get 8 hours or more of sleep every night

3. To to drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday, the more the better. Apps can be used to record how much you have drunk and how much more you need to drink.

4. Try and fit in a 6 minute meditation everyday to help relieve any tension or stress

5. Have 5 servings of fruit and veg per day.

6. Practice stretches every day to improve flexibility and stop body pains.

7. Try and avoid going on your phone 2 hours before bed. Read a book instead.

8. Exercise regularly even if it isn't for very long.

9. Replace junk food with healthy snacks and things that will help you be healthy.

10. Brush your teeth 3 times a day. If you have time try to brush them after every meal to prevent bad breath and staining.
