Low calorie snacks:
- chocolate banana: 1/2 frozen banana dipped in 2 teaspoons of dark chocolate chips melted
- honey yogurt: 1/2 cup of non fat greek yogurt with 1 dash of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of honey
- chocolate strawberries: 7 strawberries dipped in 1 tablespoon of dark melted chocolate
- spicy scrambled egg: 2 scrambled eggs on 1/2 slice of whole-wheat toast. 1 teaspoon siracha source drizzled on top
- shrimp cocktail: 8 large shrips and 2 tablespoons classic cocktail sauce
- chickpea salad: 1/3 cups of chickpeas with 1 tablespoon of sliced scallions. I squeeze of lemon juice and 1/4 cup of diced tomato
remember not everything works for everyone so test out different things to see what works for you and suits you.
