SUMMARY :
Daniel Fenton is dead, well, sort of. At the age of eleven, Danny was hit by a car, killing him almost instantly. He woke up hours later in the hospital, with a voice in his head mumbling nonsense into his ear. Years after his near death experience, Danny starts to 'manifest' his powers and accidentally walks through a wall that leads into his next door neighbors bathroom, Peter Parker's bathroom. Red with embarrassment, Danny escapes through the stairs outside of the window without being caught by the Parker's. Months after discovering his 'unique' abilities, Daniel decides to use his powers for good and help the people of Queens, which ends up in him being saved by Spider-Man mid fight. Which also ends up in him and Spider-Man having undeniable feelings for each other.

— ^^ Danny had a twin brother but he died in the womb and his brothers 'spirit' has been following him ever since & when Danny was dying, he merged their souls together making Danny gain supernatural abilities over the ghost realm. & whenever Danny uses his powers, it's Eidan* who 'comes' out and takes control of the situation
— Jazz is adopted*

— Danny's powers allows him to use telekinesis, levitation, invisibility, some what allow him to see ghosts, and he can walk through walls. He can also 'tap into' the ghost realm and communicate with his brother and other people

— DANNY IS BISEXUAL, THIS CAN NOT CHANGE & HE IS OUT AND PROUD
— Danny and his friends aren't very popular but are very well known within the walls of Midtown High
— Danny plays football and basketball, a trait he earned from his brother since he was a nerdy and shy kid before his accident
— a sweet, smol, kind child !!
— Danny manages to walk through a wall that leads to his neighbors apartment bathroom and that so happens to be Peter Parker's bathroom
— Danny's dad is in the army and was deployed into another country & his mom is a business woman so she travels a lot which leaves Danny home alone with his eldest sister, Jazz
— Peter saves Daniel's ass when he couldn't phase fast enough which ended up in him getting mildly hurt & Peter just swooped in and literally 'swooped him off of his feet'
— at school, Danny feels drawn to Peter and he has no idea as to why until he see's Peter change into his Spider-Man suit in the alleyway on his way home from school
— Danny loves to tease Peter after that and Peter gets all nervous and giddy
— Sam, Tucker, Danny, and Valerie have all known each other ever since they were little so they know of Danny's powers & support him and help him on his little 'missions'
