Nadia Lucia is a force to be reckoned with. With her short temper and extreme stubbornness, Nadia was able to face anything and go through any obstacles that stood in her way, expect for this one tiny problem. With the crime rates increasing in her neighborhood, the short tempered Latina decided to put an end to it. Disguising herself as 'The Black Phantom', she parades her town taking down the thieves and criminals that were bombarding her town. After a nightly routine checkup on the most dangerous parts of her town, Nadia runs into the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man.
