December 20th, 1941, World War II, American West Coast.

The news was still showing Pearl Harbor attack stories but as far as she was concerned, she didn't give a damn about it at this point. Yeah it was a devastating blow to the defenses but she was not all that concerned at the moment.

Her father, General Mikael Marshall and her husband, Major Andrew Jackson, were her main concerns.  She'd been lucky enough to get married at all really. Most men on the base died at sea, the 7th.  That left a lot of families in the unknown.

She was a nurse, on her break nonetheless when she jumped to her feet when the chappa'ai in the square lit up and four people stepped out. She walked over when it diminished and held our her hand.

"Welcome to the planet. I'm Nurse Lieutenant Rebekah-Louiae Marshall, please call me Louise though. Sadly you've come at a horrible time, there's a war raging and Pearl Harbor was attacked 13 days ago by the Japanese." She spoke as she shook their hands. "Please follow me." She said and led them to their underground base.

"Louise what the hell happened now?" Mikael asked as he turned around. "You're not from around here are you?" He asked as he held out his hand. "You've come at a horrible time."

"So we've been told. Colonel Jack O'Neill," said Jack and he pointed, "Major Samantha Carter, Doctors Daniel Jackson and Rebekah Marshall and Teal'c."  He looked around as he put his weapons down like the guards asked.

Teal'c raised his eyebrow and then lowered his before he got a good look at the woman named, Louise. "You are a nurse?" He asked.

"Yes, sir. I'm normally a M*A*S*H nurse but I haven't been on active duty since Pearl Harbor got hit. I was found drifting on a piece of metal by rescue boats three days later with a huge gash in my leg."  She said and then limped away to get them tea.

That night, she made them dinner and then smiled.

Jack ate and was impressed by it. "She's a good cook. But the mystery still remains on how the hell we got here."

"Indeed." Teal'c agreed.

"Yeah it's never happened before. Maybe we should try to dial Abydos?" Asked Daniel

"I don't think that will work, if we're in a different world, there's no telling if the Goa'uld have anything to do with this." Sam replied.

"Can we do something? Maybe the Tok'Ra or Bra'Tac on Chulak?" Andrew asked.

"I don't even know how we got here. And that means I don't know how we are going to get back." Sam and Rebekah said.

"Might as well make the best of it then I guess." Jack said and then settled down for the night.

It was a long several months before they worked out what happened to bring them there.

Rebekah told them all what happened and how to get back to their reality.

Louise had grown close to Daniel over their shared love of History.  Her Andrew died in battle and she'd grown closer to Daniel since then.

She was a little sad to see him go, really.  So before they left, she kissed him. "Maybe one day we'll meet again." She said.

"Maybe one day, Louise." He said and kissed her back before he left with the others.

Back at the SGC.

Sam and Rebekah gave the entire briefing while Jack and Teal'c were in the infirmary for injuries.

"Sir, they were in the middle of World War II. It was just 13 days after Pearl Harbor when we arrived." Daniel said as he looked up from writing.

"They were us but they weren't at the same time, Sir." Andrew added. "They were us but it was World War II. You were a general, I was a major, sam was a lieutenant and Jack was colonel but it wasn't us as we know. Hell we're lucky we got back at all."

"Sir he's right. We took a huge chance when the solar flare was suppose to hit and we ended up home. But it could have back fired badly." Sam said and sat down.

"It was nice to bond with those people on that world though." Jack said as he sat down.

That night, Daniel had a nightmare about what would happen to the people on that world.

Then Area 51 called them with an intruder alert.

They gave her clothed from her tattered ones and made her look presentable from the way she arrived

They gave her clothed from her tattered ones and made her look presentable from the way she arrived.

"Please! I need to talk to Doctor Daniel Jackson and Doctor Rebekah Marshall!" She was trying to explain to the people holding her what happened.  "I know about the SGC. I'm from a parallel world, and I need to seek sanctuary from my world's attackers."

"Let her go, she's safe. The Air Force has it from here." Hammond ordered and took her into custody.

"Daniel!" She hugged him and then everybody else. "Thank you, sir."  She swallowed hard.

"After you came, the Goa'uld did. They destroyed almost the entire world but I was able to get through the gate and by some happen stance I wound up on the planet with the mirror and then I touched it and was in Area 51." She wiped the tears. "My world's probably long dead by now. Time moves faster there."

"Well you're welcome to go with the Tok'Ra, Louise but you need to understand that this will be the arrangement because you can't stay here on Earth." Hammond said and she nodded.

A while after that, Rebekah and Andrew were cuddling when she told him she was pregnant. "How far along?" He asked.

"Twelve weeks." She kissed him and smiled. "We're gonna have a baby." She wiped the happy tears away.

"We're having a baby." He said and held her close to him.
