It was cold. Very, very cold. She rubbed her arms to keep herself warm as she made the trek to the Stargate to dial Earth. She was so very cold that her IDC was hard to type out and she rolled through the gate shivering. She was freezing as she was rushed to the infirmary.
Andy came running to be with her. She felt so cold. "Mission failed.. sg19 couldn't make it back to the gate. They opted to stay the winter with the village. I barely made it. I can't feel my fingers and my legs. So very cold. Walked for hours..." She said before she passed out.
"Move Colonel." Doctor Lam said and went to work trying to raise her body tempature. She was out for hours.
She gasped when he came around and groaned cause she was in pain. "What... what happened?" She asked Andy.
"Well you got back from your mission with sg19. You were almost frozen solid and it took us 36 hours to get you warmed up to the point you weren't flatlining every ten minutes." Andy said and kissed her head.
She nodded and curled into him when he laid beside her on the hospital bed. She was rather cold but she could manage.
After a while, She wrote her mission report for General Landry.
"Sg19 and I arrived on the planet and it was a peaceful summer day. They people were friendly and nice enough to let us share in their feast for the end of summer. It was decent food, and they were generous to us. They offered us shelter for the night.
When morning came, the snow laid on the ground and the temperature had dropped to below 0° Fahrenheit. Later that day, long before our scheduled check in, it dropped to -40° on the device Major Pierce keeps on her.
So I suited up in several layers thanks to the villagers and made my way to the Stargate. It took me longer than five hours to reach it and I was lucky enough I could use my arms and hands to make it to the DHD and dial. I couldn't see, I could barely breathe and I was running out of feeling in my legs.
When I got confirmation to come through, I had to roll through the gate cause I couldn't feel my body anymore. With all respect, I recommend a ship be sent to the planet to get sg19. It's too cold for them to get to the gate." She finished writing and got dressed in her pants and boots with her green shirt on over her black long sleeve top, she made her way to General Landry's office.
She brought the report to him herself and she sat it on the desk carefully. "My report sir. It may be unreadable. My hands are still shaking from being so cold." She said and looked at him.
"Doctor, take a few days and get some rest. You've been through hell in less than a week." He said and helped her to the elevator.
"Thank you, Sir." Rebekah said and when she got to her bed she turned the heat on and curled into a ball.
Andrew got stopped by Landry on his way to check on Natalie and Bekah. "Yes sir?" He asked.
"Son, relax. Just tell Rebekah when she's feeling better her and sg14 are to go on Odyessy to get sg19 from the mission she got back from." Said General Landry a d walked away.
"Yes, sir." Andrew got the living quarters and held onto his girls as he cuddled them closely. He held Rebekah close to him and gave her body heat.
Natalie was curled up in her mothers arms sound asleep just like her mother. She had missed her momma, so she was curled into her like a puppy would be. She happy her mommy was home for a while though.

When they were on Odyessy, Rebekah was laying on the bed recovering from a fever when he kissed her and then her hand.
"Baby, you get better." Andrew told her and kissed her forehead. He stared at her and smiled at how beautiful she was.
She was out of it and high off the painkillers from the infirmary. She barely knew he was there. "I'll try." She said and grabbed his hand in hers. She fell asleep with a death grip on his hand.
Andrew crawled into the bed with her and held her close. She curled into him. When she woke up she was on a cold sweat. She got up and threw up in the bathroom. She vomited so hard it came up green.
When she got back in bed she groaned and curled into him and into a ball.

She stopped him in the hall before he could do anything. "Andy, Andy I'm pregnant." She smiled at him.
He laughed and kissed her hard as they both shot their guns at the incoming enemies.
