(Y/N) POV
After school

Today was an eventful day. After lunch Taehyung would not leave my side. I was embarrassed for a good few hours over what happened, but then it kind of just...wore off? I can't explain it.

Anyway, Tae won't leave me alone. He managed to make himself late to almost all his classes because he wanted to walk me to all of mine. He either held my hand tightly or pulled me into his side. At first I blushed because of the contact like this, but then I actually got kind of annoyed. I asked him what his deal was and he said he just wanted to be close to me. I gave him a side eye but let it go.

I'm sitting at the kitchen table now doing my homework when I get a call. I looked at my phone and it is my Aunt.

"Hello Auntie," I greeted. "(N/N). How are you doing sweetheart?" She asked warmly. "I'm okay I guess. This week has been crazy with everything going on.Thank you for everything you and Uncle are doing for me," I reply back. "It's not a problem at all, honey. Anyway, I was calling because your parents have made it back to Daegu. The funeral is this Sunday. Is that okay?"

My parents funeral. It's still so unreal. This will make it final.

"Yeah. That's okay. I still can't believe this actually happened," I choked up while speaking. "Me too, sweetie, but everything will be alright. If you want you can bring those friends of yours. I want to meet them to make sure they will take care of my girl!" My aunt spoke with fake assertiveness.

I giggled. "Alright Auntie. They are really friendly and caring. You have nothing to worry about. But I'll ask them." "Good. I'll see you Sunday. Love you, (N/N)." "Love you too, Auntie."

I hung up and stared at the table. I can't do my homework now. I was about to get up when I felt arms snake down my shoulders. I jumped and looked up and back. It was Tae. The boys must have come in whilst I was on the phone.

"For god sake Taehyung you scared the hell out of me," I sighed out. He chuckled. "Sorry Noona. You just looked like you needed a hug," he said. I smiled softly.

"Are you okay (Y/N)?" Hobi asked with a look of concern. "Ya. The funeral is this Sunday in Daegu. My Aunt wants to know if you all want to come. She wants to meet you," I asked a little cautious. What if they say no?

"Of course we will come (Y/N). You are our best friend. We will be there for you through anything," Namjoon spoke up. The others nodded. "That's right Noona. You can't get rid of us," Jimin joked and gave that heart stopping smile. I smiled wide with happy tears. These boys.

"GROUP HUG!" Jungkook shouted. Suddenly I was surrounded by BTS. Even Yoongi joined. "Okay okay that's enough. I can't breathe!" I yelled, my voiced muffled. They let go and laughed.

"Um, is it okay if I take a bath before dinner? I need to relax a bit," I asked rubbing my arm. "You don't need to ask (Y/N). Just do it," Yoongi said. I nodded and ran out to go upstairs.

Tae's POV

We waited until Noona ran out before anyone said anything. When she was gone Namjoon-hyung looked at me. "Now is your chance Taehyung. What was that face about during lunch?"

The hyungs and Jungkook stared right at me. I sighed and sat down. "I think Yuna saw what happened between me and Noona. I've never seen her look so mad. I'm worried she will do something to Noona. I have to keep her safe. That's why I didn't leave her side walking to her classes."

"We all know she doesn't like Noona. We have seen it first hand," Jimin-hyung said. We nodded. "What can we do though?" Jin-hyung asked. "We can't really do much unless Yuna actually does something besides glares and whispers. Until she does, we just have to keep doing what we have been doing. Walking with her everywhere, staying by her side, keeping an eye on her. That is all we can do," Namjoon-hyung instructed.

"He's right, Tae. Don't worry, she will be fine. We won't let anything happen to her," Yoongi-hyung said softly. I smiled weakly. I hope they're right.

Hey. Been a while. A lot of things happened. My grandmother passed away. I was there. I watched her take her last breath. The whole family was at my grandparents house the whole weekend. My family asked me how to do certain things because of the work I do. I work in a nursing home and I'm working on becoming a CNA. I had to change her clothes, her adult briefs (basically an adult diaper), and change her bed linens while she was still in bed. It was hard to do. But I did it for her. When she passed my grandfather asked me to check her vital signs. He didn't want to believe she was gone. That hurt the most. Watching him lose the love of his life. I had to be strong. I'm so happy she isn't hurting anymore though. She was miserable. I found out that the cancer spread from her lungs to her brain, kidneys, and breasts. But she is no longer suffering.
I love you Memaw, and I always will
