Chapter 6

"You got to be kidding me" I scoffed as I crossed my arms.

"It isn't a big deal" he says plainly.

"Of course it's not a big deal to you cause you'll be getting something out of this." I snap at him.

Mason grabs my hands and kisses them.

"Listen Mila, I'm not going to force you to do anything you don't want to do. If you don't want to do the full thing and have sex then that's fine with me. I'll just make sure you will never leave my side. I'll protect you til the end of times. I know you don't know me very well but I really like you and for some reason I can't help but need you around me. You make me feel so happy inside"

I smile as I look up at him. I can't help but stare into his eyes. My heart begins to beat fast as I feel butterflies in my stomach. They seem to be telling the truth. He sounds so sincere and honest. 

No one has ever said such beautiful words to me.

My face starts to heat up.

"Thank you" I whisper to him.

"Are you hungry? I'll make you something to eat" He asks. 

I nod "Yes, please"

He kisses my head and walks out.

I look up as I see the girl with red hair walk in.

"How you're keeping up?" She asks me as she sat beside me.

"Confused and worried" I tell her. 

She chuckles. "I was pretty nervous when I and Walter first met. It was almost like true love. We really got along because how similar we are. When it came to fully mate, I was extremely nervous buy he made me feel safe ans happy so that's how I knew everything was going to be okay.  I truly liked Walter and that's why our bond was strong." She continues. 

"However, a simple saliva bond like that takes some pretty strong feelings to truly work. You like Mason." I look up at her plainly. 

"Like h-him. I-I don't know. I mean he is really handsome b-but-" She laughs as she hugs me tightly.

"Alright, since you're gonna be with us for a while, why not meet everyone." She says with a smile.

"I'm Ruby and the big guy with the beard is my sweet dear boyfriend, Walter." She stands in front of Walter as he cuts up some meat. He smiles at me while he waves the knife in the air. "Pleasure to meet you." He says. "Be careful with the knife honey" Ruby says to Walter.

"We aren't all related if that's what you're thinking. Carlter, which is the scary-looking guy who never smiles found us and gave us a home. We may not be blood brothers and sisters but we act, protect, and love like them." She continues.

"The blonde sassy one is, Janette. She's may be rude but she means well." Ruby says as Janette gives me a death stare as she walks past me.

"She's not used to visitors." Ruby whispers in my ears.

"The Dofus one (the guy with black hair and brown eyes) he's Alex. He's the most playful out of the rest of us but be careful, he can be a little touchy" Ruby says to me.

Alex chuckles as he grins and places his arms around me "I may be touchy but I can pleasure you in so many ways that'll keep you from walking in the morning." He whispers in my ear.

I gasp as I back up away from him. A knife goes flying next to Alex head and pins to the wall behind us.

Alex smirks and looks at Mason "Touch her and I'll kill you" Mason says sternly with a serious expression on his face. "Don't worry, I was just joking around with her. It's not like I'll actually do it" Alex says to Mason. Alex faces me and winks at me as he takes the knife from the wall and hands it back to Mason.

"It's a lot of getting used to but we aren't mean people. This may be a lot of getting used to at first but you'll get through, I promise." Ruby says as she smiles at me and pats me on my shoulder and walks toward Walter and help him with the food.

"Mila, grab a knife and start chopping carrots," Mason says. I grab a knife and began chopping up carrots.

Once the food was done, we placed it on the table. I sat down next to Mason as I noticed

"This is a lot of meat on the table." I blurt out.

Janette looks at me "We're wolves darling, what did you expect?" She snaps at me.

Right, I forgot they werewolves. They seem like such normal and nice people, I forgot they're werewolves underneath. 

Mason pass me the sausages on a plate. 

I look at them in disgust "No, it's okay. I actually don't like sausages"

Janette gasps as everyone stops eating and stares at me. 

"You don't like Sausages?!" Janette says surprised. 

I look at Mason all embarrassed. 

"I-I am just not a big fan of the" I stammered. 

"Everyone choice of food is different and that's fine" Carlter blurts out.

"Yes, it's perfectly fine that you don't like them" Ruby says with a smile. 

I look up at mason and see him smiling back at me. 

Once we were done eating, we all went to bed.

"You'll be sleeping with me, Is that okay with you?!" Mason asks

I froze up and start to blush. I nod without saying anything.

Oh my gosh! I can't believe I'm actually going to sleep with Mason! If all the girls who flirted with mason see me now. They will literally throw such a fit! I'm so excited and nervous at the same time. I was dreaming of this day since I met him.
