Chapter 7

When you and Shouto finally got back to the monitoring room, you collapsed on the nearest chair, rubbing your temples.

"Are you alright, Young (Last Name)?" All Might asked, peering at you.

"Just a very painful headache, nothing to worry about," you managed. It might be the only drawback of your quirk, but the headaches you received were quite severe. The ice given to you by Shouto had long since melted, and now you were just trying to get through the pain.

It was kind of like period cramps, the way they gave you the sensation of dying inside.

"Todoroki's taking care of you, right?" Uraraka questioned, and when you nodded, she chuckled. "It's like he has a crush on you!"

"What?!?" You swiped at her but she jumped away, laughing.

"It's true! We watched you as he helped you come back, and he seems to really like you!" a pink-skinned girl said cheerfully.

"We only met yesterday," you grumbled, continuing to massage your head.

"Hehe..."

"Anyways, let's continue! Young Todoroki, you can bring Young (Last Name) to the infirmary, if you want." All Might observed as the two of you left before turning to the rest of the class that was present. "Who's next?"

"(Name), do you need help? Because you're walking quite slow, and you seem to be in a large amount of pain..."

Your eyebrows furrowed together; you thought he wasn't here to make friends or get close to anyone, yet here he was, trying to help you.

"No, it's fine," you insisted, but he ignored you.

He scooped you up in his arms, which were quite muscular, and he proceeded to carry you to the nurse's office.

Of course, this was what made you blush a deep, tomato red. From he way he was holding you, you couldn't see his expression, but you could feel his hot, sweet breath on your cheek.

"Why are you doing this?" you questioned.

"..."

You sighed.

"Because...you're someone I can trust," he replied after a few moments.

The blush on your face only got deeper, and you looked away as to prevent him from seeing.

"We're here." You looked up and felt him gently putting you down.

"Thank you...Shouto."

You pushed open the doors to find Recovery Girl, the school's nurse, and Midoriya, lying on a bed with bandages wrapped around the areas of his body that were previously injured.

"Do you have any painkillers?" you questioned, hoping she said yes.

"What for, dearie?"

"My quirk's drawback is severe headaches and I'm dying," you deadpanned. She shuffled some objects around in her cabinets before producing a small, orange bottle capped with a white lid. Inside were pills that would hopefully cure the pain you were going through and not kill or drug you.

They probably wouldn't.

You thanked her, exiting and strolling through the halls back to the monitoring room.

You heard whispering by the door before you went in, so you magicked a bottle of water—which made the pain worse—and you took a pill.

Gradually the pain faded away and you could think properly, so you eavesdropped on what they were saying, quietly sitting on your knees.

"I bet three thousand yen that Todoroki and (Last Name) end up together!" That sounded like the pink girl, Ashido Mina.

"I was gonna bet that! Fine, I'll bet three thousand that Todoroki and Yaoyorozu end up together!" That was Kaminari.

"Okay!"

You honestly didn't care about who would win. You walked in, paying no attention to the looks of horror and surprise you received from Ashido and Kaminari.

"Are you feeling better now, Young (Last Name)?" All Might asked, concerned.

"Yeah."

"Hey, (Last Name)! Wanna walk home with us?" Uraraka asked.

"Which direction are you guys going?" you responded.

When she pointed to the right of the school gates, you shook your head.

"I go the other way."

"Oh well... See you tomorrow!" She bounced off with Iida and Midoriya, the three of them chatting cheerfully.

"Yo," Nemuri greeted you, coming up to you and slinging her arm across you.

"Hi."

"Can you do a mission for us?" She was referring the 'us' to the faculty of Yuuei.

"Sure..." you responded.

"There's a certain villain we've been looking for but he always seems to escape from us. Think you can get him?"

"Okay." She gave you a picture of him, which you memorized before leaving. When you were out of sight, you raised your hand over the picture and focused on tracking him.

Fortunately, he was only a few blocks away. You ran around the next few street corners, until you arrived at an alleyway. Inside, hidden in the darkness, you could just make out a tall homanoid figure.

"..."

You took a step back as a tentacle came flying at you, but it wrapped around your body and pulled you in.

"I enjoy torturing young girls like you," the owner of the tentacles said. Your eyes focused on the creature in front of you. Tentacles were protruding from where his arms and legs would be, and they seemed to be capable of extending. He was pretty much just a human octopus.

"What are you going to do?" you questioned. A sort of slimy substance leaked from his tentacles and dripped on your uniform.

"Rape you! Who wouldn't want to take advantage of a pretty girl with a great body?!?"

He threw you onto the ground, your body hitting the small rocks that littered the pavement.

His tentacles held your body in place as a malicious smile grew onto his face.

This guy is a loser.

He ripped your blazer and shirt off, revealing your bra-covered chest. He licked his lips at the sight, before he exploded into tiny sized chunks of human meat and cooked octopus.

"(Name)?"

You turned to see who called you. Shouto was standing at the entrance of the alley, his cheeks flushed and his eyes wide. You stood up as he looked away.

"Can you put something on, please?"

You looked down. The octopus man had fully ripped off your shirt, tie, and blazer, leaving only your undergarments to cover your breasts.

You waved your hand at your torn up clothes on the ground. They glowed for a moment before mending and appearing back on your body.

"What are you doing here?" you asked Shouto.

"Midnight sent me to look after you just in case you couldn't handle this 'mission'."

"I see." You took his hand, which he flinched at, and you teleported the two of you back to the school.

"That was fast," Nemuri commented.

"I made him explode." She paused at your words.

"You...exploded him? You could've just knocked him out or handcuffed him, jeez," she sighed.

"You can go back and eat his remains for dinner if you want."
