There we were.
Standing side by side, gazing up at the sky, the pale moon light shining on us.
I took a glance at my lover, there was a small smile on his face as his eyes glowed with love, I smiled to and gazed at the sky again.
*Boom!*
There went the first firework, it was a sparkling red
*Crackle! Bang!*
They just kept coming, one after another, after another, Max pulled me closer to him, and I leaned my head on his shoulder.
We watched in silence as the works went of, a variety of different colors and sounds, I let out a small yawn and leaned further into Max's chest listening to his heart.
We said nothing as I looked in awe at what the last fireworks wrote in the sky
*Ross will you marry me?*
I looked at Max who held out a small black box, I smiled brightly and before he uttered a word kissed him passionately, tears forming at the ends of my eyes
" love ya Ross"
I giggled "I love you too Max"
He out the ring on my finger and we shared another passionate kiss, the works still going on around us.
