"I shall name you..."

The little creature looked up with curiosity gleaming within its eyes as its ears immediately perked straight up, feeling a sense of excitement with a mix of nervousness of what his Master came up with.

"Hehe, I shall name you... Jiaozi" Chun said proudly with a goofy grin on his face.

Hearing this Ming instantly sweat drop as he slapped his forehead, while the creature fell dramatically on the ground, sulking.

Did it chose the wrong master or something, why the heck can't he come up with a better name besides some food!! Damn does it look like one, has others who call it cute was a lie all along, did it really look like a damn dumpling, so many thoughts ran through the creature's mind and it couldn't help but feel its mood suddenly dampening with every reason passing by.

Ming sighed helplessly 'Ahh he needs serious help,' walking up to Chun who had a confused look washing over his face, Ming couldn't help but pat the hopeless boy on the shoulder. "Chun the little thing is a living creature, not food..."

"B-but master who doesn't like dumplings" Chun complained childishly.

"Well definitely not your beast, that's for sure!!" Ming rolled his eyes.

*Sigh "Fine why doesn't Master name it" Chun pouted, puckering out his bottom lips as he crossed his arms like a child throwing a tantrum. Ming in return just rolled his eyes over the boys' antics.

Ignoring the childish puppy, Ming faced a rather dejected creature, walking up to it he bent slightly down as he scoops the creature onto his palms, gently.

Facing Ming the creature looked up to him pitifully with teary red eyes that brought out so much meng and the down dejected ears, Ming couldn't help but feel sad for the little one. Giving the creature a gentle smile as he stroke it warmly. "Hey don't be down little one, would you mind me naming you instead" he gently spoke with warmth in his tone.

Whipping its head as fast like lightning to face Ming, without hesitation the creature nodded up and down repeatedly with bright teary eyes as it glints with joy, it was like Ming was its only hope.

"I'm taking it as a yes then."

Thinking for a couple of minutes did Ming smiled brightly, his smiled caught the little creature in a daze as its heart beat rapidly only to increase within every minute. 'beautiful~' was all it thought as it looked at Mings smile, damn has it chose the wrong master.

"From now on your name shall be Xinyi, I wonder are you happy with that little one'" Ming gently questioned, as he wiped the tears forming at the end of the creatures eye.

Nodding happily in reply, Xinyi jumped around happily not before giving Ming a nudge and kiss on the cheek, this suddenly took the beauty by surprise and Ming couldn't help but chuckle.

"Ahhh my master has good naming" Chun proudly thought.

Continuing their journey through the forest, Ming and Chun first filled there gourd before heading off. On their journey they asked Xinyi if he somehow knew the direction to Qinhai capital which thankfully he did, though they saw the signpost it's better to have at least one of them to know the way so they won't stray off the path.

They trod carefully through the dense overgrown greenery as Ming still felt slight aches on his abdomen, he didn't feel at the time of his escape, its all because of the adrenaline and fear that overcome him which helped get his mind of it, the slight pain from childbirth.

He thought he will feel immense pain from the aftermath but to his surprise, it was either a slight ache or seconds of piercing pain if he leaned to a certain degree.

He concluded that this was probably because the original consort was the one to given birth, it took a rather mental and physical toll on them than on him since, after all, he transmigrated after it happened.

_______

Treading for what seems like 2-3 hours, Ming and Chun decided to take a rest, while Ming breastfeed Jun on a big size rock, Chun walked off to a tree stump he spotted in the corner, climbing up he sat in a lotus position as he closed his eyes shut, somehow in meditation with Xinyi occupying the top of his head.

Ming watched Chun with a questionable gaze wondering what the boy was up to, as he studied the young boy's action, suddenly minutes later light started to gather around Chun.

First, it gathered around him then slowly it started to flow straight into him like he was absorbing it, while the light was gathering a faint blue mark appeared on his neck, only to darkened as light continuously poured. Staring for a while Ming started to realise the dark symbol quite looked like the colour of Xinyi fur?!

'What in the hell...'

Suddenly the light disappeared and Chun eyes immediately fluttered open, scaring the heck out of Ming soul.

'Damn this boy' Ming pattered his left chest.

Immediately upon finishing his meditation, Chun faced his master, brimming with joy and excitement. He couldn't wait to tell his master what just happen and he couldn't wait to especially show it, with this he could protect his master and young master even though it isn't much but it was still better than nothing.

As he was about to open his mouth to inform of the event that just occured suddenly a piercing noise ripped through the forest ground, interfering the moment.

"ROAR"

Hey, guys so one of my readers asked a very good question about how Ming was able to travel properly even when he gave birth. Well, I should of address it more thoroughly so I'll explain it now hehe. So I wanna say though Gers are able to give birth like women they different with the aftermath, Gers may have feminine features and some have feminine builds but they still have a strong physic like any regular men.

They might not be that strong as a man but their more stronger than a girl. As ancient girls don't do much of physical labour and stuff which lead them to them having a much more delicate frame. I also want to address that though Ming may feel physical discomfort from the birth he did transmigrate a couple of days after the original gave birth.

So basically he may feel slight aching pain but at the end of the day, he hasn't felt the pain of delivering a baby both mentally and physically.

So what I'm trying to say is that he hasn't really given birth to Jun, it's more like the original did.
