Personally, I don't like Weiss or Winter. At all. Their personalities are too predictable and I honestly don't like them overall. It's why I don't ship White Rose or Snowbird or any ships with them in fact. In my personal opinion, it really just wouldn't work. Weiss, to me, is probably one of the worst characters in the show.
