So... did RT just forget about the existence of Melanie and Miltia? Which would be bad cause why put that much detail into them and give them names when they're just going to be tossed aside later.
Or is Little Miss Malachite related to them in some sort of way? Which would be interesting, but they really don't look alike.
But to be honest, I'll be disappointed if Melanie and Miltia never come back. I feel like their characters could have really been explored more.
And to me it just seems like lazy writing if they couldn't come up with another last name for Little Miss Malachite if they're not related. They might have forgotten of the twins, but the fandom hasn't.
