I'm suspecting that he's based off the Mad Hatter, butI'm probably wrong. I honestly think that he was a normal guy that did normal guy things. But maybe his genes were messed up and had some weird mutation that makes people go crazy eventually. And I'm also suspecting that he had a wife and something happened with her, and adding the mutation with it, he went crazy. The cringest back story I could think of for this character.
