I really do not like the Gods. Yeah, they look cool and all, but killing everyone was a bit too much and let's not forget that they're both pretty hypocritical.
The God of Light would not bring back Ozma because it would "disturb the balance" but he ends up bringing Ozma back to life and having him reincarnate anyways. He also makes Salem immortal, so the Gods logic pretty much makes no sense because they themselves are what disturbs the balance.
The only thing I like about them is that they appear to be dragon faunus. But that's about it.
