I really don't see the appeal of Neo.
Like at all.
I don't find her intresting.
I could care less if she ever talks or not, but in my opinion, giving her a voice will ruin her more.
Her stans are crazy. They will literally want to murder you if say anything bad about her.
And she's literally nothing without Roman, though I know we'll see her again so hopefully RT changes that.
That's basically it, but I'll never understand why people like her so much.
