I'm not a huge fan of Gelato. I like the thought of it just being platonic. I know that Neo is most likely an adult and all, but she has the apperance of a child. So it just makes me feel uneasy.
However, in chibi Gelato is cute and all, but I still don't ship it.
Plus Roman is dead in the anime.
