i'm so sorry that i haven't uploaded in a while.
it's almost the last week of my summer holidays before school starts and my mental health really is going downhill.

it's been bad the last four weeks but now it really is really bad. i go to bed at 5am and sleep till 4pm, do absolutely nothing while being awake and am just tired and like emotionless(?) all day.
