 (The phone is ringing)  Hey dad how are you doing? Günter Von just called. What does he want? He wants us to meet with him at the jail.  Hi  Günter Von how have you been doing these days? Man, I am doing just fine. So what did you want us to meet with you about? I wanted to explain to you guys about bonding a person out.  A judge can set a bond in almost any case, including a murder case if he feels the circumstances are appropriate. The court sees two things but the bond mostly covers one. The first is the appearance of the boys and they want assurance that the boys will show up in court.  The second is important they fill if the public is safe this is something that considers in a bond. And this does not apply to the boys so I can post a bond for them if that is what you want.  I need to talk to my wife about it I will call her. No why don't everyone meet at my office in the morning at ten a.m?  Ok, see you at ten in the morning.  Dexdon I am going to go to the office I need to do some work. Ok, dad, I will meet you here in the morning. Hi, honey (kissing) how did it go? Well, he can get the boys out on bond but your son needs to talk to Mary first.  Can we talk later? Yes. He can get the boys out on bond but Dexdon said he needs to talk to Mary first. (Phone is ringing) Hello Mary how are you doing honey? I am fine but I need to talk to you. What is it, Mary? Mother I don't want the boys to get out on bond. Things have been going so good at home without  Baptiste, and Bastien I haven't felt this happy in a good while. Mother Rou am I not a good parent for not wanting my own sons at home. Mary are you sure? Yes, I have never felt so happy quite and peace in the house I haven't heard from the police in eleven months. Do you know how that fill? No. I understand what you are saying, Mary.  So have you talked to Dexdon Jr. about this? I told him last night and he agreed with me. So we are not going to do a bond. They can stay there until their trial comes up. When is their trial date? It is a May twenty-ninth a month from now.  And this is April first. So that is what Dexdon is going to tell the lawyer? Yes. Do what you think is right and healthy for yourselves because you have to think about the other children. Thank you for understanding. Ok, thank you, honey, for letting me know.  I am in the office so I will talk to you later and Dexdon is down there and he will keep me informed.  Thank you, mother Rou. Ok, talk later Mary. Dexdon got to the office at eleven a.m. So they didn't meet long. So Günter Von agreed with what they wanted.  Yes and he said that he understood. When they go back to court we will know more about their case and what they might be looking at in prison or jail time. They are looking at forty-eight months four years. Ok. Our lawyer had witness about the man that got killed. He was a very bad man and a bully he took what he wanted and he thought he was going to do that to the boys. He told them to leave and that is when he pulled out a knife and tried to stab one of them and they got the knife from him and defended his self.  I am going to go home and tell the girls what happened they will be out when the girls turn sixteen.  Hi, Flower and Daisy we just got back from court. So what happened what are they going to do to my brothers said, Daisy. They will be locked up for four years and we will be going to see them sometimes. Not me said Flower I will never go I didn't put them there. I am not going to take time out of my day to go and sit in some correctional institute to visit with them.  Ok, Flower you don't have to go I do understand. You are mad at them. Yes, I am man they took a life. I don't care about the type of person they were they took a life. I don't justify that. So mom can I have their bedroom? Flower what are you going to do with their things? Put them in the garage. See mom by the time they get out they will be twenty years grown they don't need to come back here to live. They can get a real job and an apartment and do something right for themselves. Wow, Flower you sound so mean. But I am not they had their chance in life and messed it up it's not our fault they did what they did. They should have not been selling drugs anyway. So mom can I have the bedroom? Yes dear. Thank you, mom. (Flower singing) I got my own bedroom,  I got my own bedroom,  got my own bedroom. So, mom and dad do you want to go and see them or do you fill that you are obligated to go and see them because they are your children.  Honey, I fill both ways I as a mom love my children but they made these choices so I will go and see them when I fill like it. Not as if I am obligated just because I fill like it only.  Do you understand what I am saying, baby? Yes, mom. Dad what about you how do you fill about this? Girls just as your mom said I am not going to jump or run to go and see them I will do it as I fill. When I want to only they knew right from wrong and this was their choice and when you sometimes make the wrong choice and there are consequences. And we might not get to see them for a couple of months. They have to send us paperwork for me or your dad to fill out. I would have to put the names and DOB and the relationship to them. And they got to get settled in. I am glad that they are in the same prison. Mom, I don't understand. What is that you don't understand? ( Daisy} Mom I thought that children don't go to prison.  Honey well honey there has been an instance where children have killed and some people think that this type of child just might have been born bad.  And figuring this out is up to the court on whether not to charge them as adults and it seems that they were charged as adults. They took a life no matter what type of person he was they took a life. Are there any more questions about your brothers? No said the girls and they started to walk away. Then Flower wanted to know when can she start moving into her new bedroom. First, you should ask your father if he can paint it for you. Can I pick the color? As long as it is not too far out there. Then can we go shopping so that I can buy some things for my new room? Yes. Daisy do you want to go shopping with us. Yes, here I come. Dexdon do you want to go? Yes, I will drive. We can go out to dinner after we finished shopping. Great then let's go said Flower. Dad where are we going out to dinner at? We are going to Achille Berna French restaurant so that we can relax and cool down their french ratatouille is great wait until you taste it.  This is a very elite place. So does that mean we have to make a reservation? Yes. I did that already about an hour ago. We will go home and change clothes and by that time we will make it to the restaurant.  Honey the decor is luxurious early french decor and the seating and tables this is elegant Dexdon. Now we have to wait to be seated that shouldn't take long since we have reservations. (Host talking) Good evening. Please follow me to your table your waiter will be right with you. May I get you something to drink? Yes. We would like two white wines and two lemonades. (Waiter talking)Here are your menus I will give you time to decide what you want and I will be back. (Dexdon) Thank you. Hi, my name is Juuk and I am your waiter for this evening. So have you decided what you would like?  Yes, we will start out with Soupe à l'oignon. (waiter) That is a very good choice.  And for dinner, we would like Pot-Au-Feu and for dessert, we would like four vanilla creme caramels, please. (Waiter) Will that be all sir? Yes, thank you. Flower asked Dad how do you know about this place. Well, this place has been here for about twenty years and my parents use to bring us here on special occasions.  So this is a special occasion? Yes. How? We are starting a new way of life since your brother will be gone for four years. This life is about the four of us, not them. The waiter is here to serve the soupe a l'oignon.  Thank you Juuk. Flower I like the color that you chose for your bedroom.  Well, dad, this is just the beginning once I have taken everything out of there and then you paint then I will start to decorate. Daisy is going to redo her room also since it will just be her room. She got posters and other things to go in her room. Flower you can keep the desk in there for your homework and to put your computer on it.  I like that desk and it is good condition since they never used it for anything constructive. Flower don't talk like that about your brothers. Well, mom, it's the truth. Well just don't. Ok, mom. You girls can start doing your rooms Saturday. That's tomorrow the girls said at the same time. Our food is here. Thank Juuk. Do you need anything else? No thanks. Well, enjoy. The food is great I ate all of my food I must have been very hungry. So was I said Daisy to Flower. Hey dad can we have our desert now? Yes. Sir, we are ready to order our dessert, please. Wow, dad, this is very good. We are all finished and full so now we should get ready to leave. Sir, I am ready to pay. Girls go and take your showers., and go to bed and be ready to start working on your rooms in the morning. Goodnight girls  I will see you in the morning. Hey, honey don't you hear something? Yes, it's the girls they have been up since five this morning working on their rooms. Flower has taken almost everything out of her bedroom. She has taken the stuff downstairs waiting until the sun comes up so that she can take it to the garage.  So she almost got it ready for me to start painting. Well, I guess I get up and fix something for us to eat. Flower, Daisy stop working on your rooms for a while and come and get something to eat. Ok, mom here we come. Sit down at the table and get you something to eat. I needed a break anyway said, Daisy. Flower go tell your dad to come in here and eat before he starts painting your room.  Ok, I am full girls come in here and help me with the kitchen before you go back to working on your rooms.  Mom, are you going to help us with our rooms? No. What are you going to do today then mom? I don't know yes I might call Zoe, Silver, Kiwi, and Lafela to see if they would like to go out to lunch. So Dexdon I call all of them and they are going to meet me in the valley. I might see something I want to buy the girls for them to add to their rooms.  So we are going to have a ladies day out. Ok bye, mom have a good day see you later. Hi Zoe, Silver, Kiwi, and Lafela hi Mary. How is it going for you? So what are we going to do out here today? First, we are going to do some shopping said, Mary. What are we shopping for asked Zoe? Well now that the boys are in prison Flower took their room and she is going to redo it. Dexdon is there painting her room right now. And I haven't seen all of you ladies in a while so I wanted to see you all. We can hang out here for the day. Wow, time really flies I am zonked let's go and get something to eat said Zoe. Ok. Where said Lafela? Let's go to Pics then we have a lot to choose from. Ok everyone said. The food is so good I am full it's let's walk some of this food down ladies. We can go and get our nails and toes done. ok. That's sound great.  After all of this walking, I need to get my feet message said Lafela. What's wrong with your feet? You are too young for your feet to hurt. Are you going to have a baby Lafela asked Mary?  I might be we are trying. Well, we are happy for you said, Zoe. My feet fill good said Silver. Is everyone ready to go? Yes, I am ready to go and see how Dexdon did with the girls and their room. I like the way you two girls fixed up your bedroom. Dad helped and then we helped each other. No one didn't want to keep one of the beds in the room for an extra bed for friends. No, they can just use a sleeping bag. I wanted more room in my room and so did I mother.
