Description: A school report leads you to dwell into the hybrid area of town in order to study hybrid behaviors. Upon doing so you almost get mugged but become saved by a very irritated and fed up cat hybrid, Min Yoongi. He agrees to let you study him but only after you coax him with pay. However, is Yoongi's past too dangerous? And will you coming into each others life make things even more complicated?

Author's Note: My Wattpad now has an instagram! @burkahrae12 :) If I get enough followers I think it would be fun to do a live, but I'm sort of scared to so we'll see lol. I'm pretty cringey

"You think being a hybrid is something you can cure? Like a disease?" You spat as hands firmly gripped you to pull you back. You were roughly escorted out of the premises and thrown outdoors, the concrete scraping your knees. You angrily got up and glared at the guys leaving and the building they returned to. How was this even a thing?!

"YOU AREN'T REAL SCIENTISTS!" You continued to protest at the genetics lab even though there wasn't anyone listening to you except for the people on the street who probably thought you were crazy.

You huffed and angrily stomped to your apartment. You were a very active member of hybrid rights and a student studying biochemistry. As a future scientist you had been scoping out work options and had stumbled upon a lab that was apparently just designed to study hybrids. You had been ecstatic in thinking it was the perfect option for you, but as it turned out the study was to attempt to rid the DNA of animal genetics from hybrids in order to make them 'normal'.

You hated it. Everyone treated hybrids as if they had a disease when you knew this wasn't true at all. They were wondrous creatures that deserved to be looked into, but not from the biased standpoint of disposing them of what made them special.

You slammed your apartment door shut and breathed out slowly to calm yourself down. Although the way things were angered you you knew you couldn't let it get to you. Nothing would ever be solved through yelling.

You immediately sat down at your desk and opened up your laptop, bringing up the beginnings of your final project for the semester. You really needed to work on it. After biting your lip in thought you decided that you should at least come up with the topic. You had to look into something and prove or disprove whatever you find, hence writing a hypothesis based on facts to say that it's just or unjust.

You gnawed on your bottom lip further before your eyes widened, coming up with the beginnings of an idea. After a few searches on your computer, you were certain of what you wanted to do. Although you didn't know what the hypothesis would be exactly, you knew you wanted to do something to research hybrids. This could be good, because not only would you be completing your project but you might also be able to prove through the ways of science how wrong everyone was.

You felt giddy inside at this.

You soon decided that this project needed to be done correctly and that you would soon need a hypothesis. A vague hypothesis wouldn't work either, so you couldn't say 'hybrids are equal beings!' but instead had to pinpoint a certain aspect.

After a long period of time in which you thought hard on the matter, you finally decided you needed inspiration. You tapped the pencil you had been using to write down ideas against your chin in thought.

Maybe if you went and talked to a hybrid... you had done this before and found that most of the time they had been fearful of your presence. You needed a way for them to see that you weren't a crazy person that would call P.O.U.N.D if they merely breathed.
