There was a knock on the door as Mikey started to ramble on. Mikazuki opened it and stepped into the room, glancing to Peridot before looking to the young turtle, "Michelangelo, your brothers are in need of you. Besides, I think it is time that you gave Peridot some space."

Mikey finally gave up and left to see what his brothers needed. The tall blonde woman closed the door behind the orange masked turtle, then sat on the bed beside Peri.

The green-haired girl hurried her face into her hands and let out a long sigh. "If you're going to give me a lecture... just, please don't."

"I'm not. I thought you might like some company. I can leave if you would like. We can talk later if you need," Mikazuki replied quietly.

"You can stay," Peri mumbled. "I just don't get it. Why does Donnie even like April? She's horrible!"

"You are not the only one who sees past her innocent act," the Japanese woman stated.

"Do you?" The girl's milky blue eyes moved to Mikazuki's face.

"I do. Amaya definitely has a few words of her own about her. Now, Mikey sees the bad side April because of you."

"Not all of it," she looked back down to the floor.

"Why will you not tell them the truth?" She inquired as she tucked a short chunk of hair behind her ear.

"I can't," Peridot responded quickly.

"Why not? You have plenty of witnesses. You need as many of us on your side to make the others see through her act," she insisted.

"Then what? Make April leave? Make her leave her friends that she considers family because of me?" The green-haired girl asked. "I'll be no better than her if I do."

"It would still help to tell them," the kunoichi suggested.

"And risk the chance of April beating me up again? I'll pass."

"I will fight for for you," Mikazuki told the mutant girl.

"It's more than just fighting," said the pale skinned girl.

"I know you have a history together, but maybe you could settle this feud with the support of few of us who are on your side. Or you could leave it in the past," the blonde haired woman pointed out as she fiddled with the armour on her thigh.

"I've tried, Zuki, but April hates my guts for no reason," Peri sighed.

"While it's true that she may not have a reason today, there may be something from your childhood that set her against you. Do you think there's something may have triggered her hate towards you?" Mikazuki asked.

"I never talked to her until she approached me. She became my best friend. I didn't want to loose her," she said. "It hasn't exactly been easy fitting in when you've had green hair your whole life."

"Then she shouldn't hate you," the blonde paused. "I know this woman... she's a witch of sorts. Her name is Shinigami. She could help you with your April."

Peridot raised an eyebrow, "I don't think witchcraft will help. But if you think it might, then we can try it."

"Not just any witchcraft. Do you know what her name means?"

"From what I know, 'God of Death'. I'm not exactly looking to kill her."

"I'm not suggesting you kill her. Shinigami could put her under magic," Mikazuki stated.

"That sounds dangerous," the green-haired girl commented.

"Not if it is done correctly. Shinigami knows how to get rid of the problem, but their is a price."
