Percy POV: we turn around to see Athena behind us

"hello mom"

"hello annabeth"

"hello Athena"

"hello Percy. I must say what you said to annabeth was just amazing. even though I don't get on with your father I will allow you two to have summer loves"

"thank you" I say smiling and hugging annabeth

"I must go now. bye"

"bye"

annabeth POV: just as soon as my mom leaves Percy turns to me and kisses me. we pull away after a few seconds.

"I'm going to miss you seaweed brain"

"I'll miss you too wise girl"

we both hug one last time and walk back into our cabins to pack up. when I walk out Percy is waiting for me.

"so if you don't mind me asking what part of Ireland are you moving to?"

"a small town in cork called midleton"

"ahh. I guess I'll see you next summer then"

"yeah. oh there's my dad I'd better go" I say kissing him one last time and running to meet my dad.
