annabeth POV: when I see Percy get down on one knee I get nervous but he's just tying his shoe laces

Percy POV: I pretend to tie my lace. I need a better time to propose to annabeth. maybe during the fireworks. that would be romantic right? I have the perfect ring Leo and hazel helped me out a bit. (if you read the books you'd understand) I keep thinking of cool ways to propose. suddenly a dong starts up over the speakers set up in the park. annabeth grins as if she knows this song

"love story by Taylor Swift" (brill song. my fave song ever. highly recommend). its a good song. and the final chorus gave me an idea. the final chorus goes a bit like this

"marry me Juliet you'll never have to be alone, I love you and that's all I really know, I talked to your dad, go pick out a white dress, it's a love story baby just say yes" I'll just change it a bit☺☺☺☺☺.

annabeth POV: 10 minutes after love story ends the fireworks display begins. I look at Percy and smile suddenly he gets down on one knee, pulls out a small box and sings

"marry me annabeth you'll never have to be alone. I love you and that's all I really know. I talked to your mom. go pick out a white dress. its a love story baby just say yes" I smile at him talk about romantic

"oh my gods! yes!" I say. he stands up,puts the ring on my finger and kisses me. perfect ending to a perfect night
