annabeth POV: I'm sitting by the lake when I feel something over my eyes

"guess who!"

I laugh.

"haha very funny seaweed brain" I say, grabbing his wrists and pulling his hands off my eyes. Percy laughs. I let go of his hands, turn around to look at him and laugh. his hair is smoking slightly.

"got into a bit of trouble with Leo or something?" I joke

"well something like that"

I decide not to question that. Percy holds out his hand, I take it and he pulls me up.

"so do you want to go on a date tonight?" he asks me

"of course"

"see you at 7:30 then?"

"okay then seaweed brain!"

Percy POV: I walk up to the athena cabin, holding a bunch of roses and knock on the door. annabeth opens it and smiles at me.

"ready seaweed brain?"

"ready" I say handing her the flowers

"aww thanks" she says. she looks so beautiful her hair is curled and hanging down around her shoulders, she's wearing a small amount of make up and a silvery-grey dress which really brings out the color of her eyes. I take her hand and we start walking. this time we're going to see a movie and then for a meal. we get to the cinema and agree on a movie   ,the fault in our stars, and get the couples combo which is popcorn, 2 drinks and malteasers. we go to our seats and sit down just as the movie starts. it's a really good movie. then I remember just before her date with nico, Emma was reading the book. I mention this to annabeth who smiles and says

"she seemed really upset reading it"

after a while I realize why Emma was so upset. at the end I look over at annabeth and see her crying. I hug her and after a while she stops crying.

"ready for the meal then?"

"yeah"

I take her hand and we walk to the Same place as the last time. its the exact same waitress and food as last time. but this time is different......
