Shai's POV

In my dreams we are still together.
In real life we are not.

"Shailene," Theresa, whom everybody called so, helped me up from my wooden chair.

"Are you okay, dear?"

I am not.

It has only been a month of my pregnancy but its starting to hurt like hell. I didn't know if this was part of it but a part of me says that this isn't.

"I need a doctor," I squeezed my head with my other hand.

"Stefano will drive you" Just then, her son Stefano carried me all the way to the car and started driving.

Theresa is like the mother of these orphan kids. I decided to live with them to find peace, and just forget about the reality.

I hold my stomach in pain as it is starting to hurt more,

"A-Ahh-"

Stef turns to me, "Sister are you okay?"

I shook my head while I close my eyes, letting out a tear. I bit my lip hard and tightened my grip,

"Faster- please. AAKH"

Stef nods then speeded up.

"Please Stef I can not hold it anymo-"

"I'm trying, I'm trying!!" He says stressfully.

Just then, I felt something wet under me, and I thought a water was spilled, but-

"Holy-" Stef's eyes grew bigger as he seen it. He turned the wheel then stopped.

We're finally here.

Stefano puts me down on a wheel chair and started to push it. I cried harder as the pain is getting worse. Holding back my stomach again didn't make any difference.

Stef pushes the wheel chair faster to find a nurse when-

A tall familliar figure was standing there across me, standing in front of a door.

I noticed him.

But what is he doing here?

Who is sick?

His name reached my mouth but Stef already turned the wheel,

"Ansel"

I wouldn't explain of what happened next but I am now laying on the ICU room, shouting nurses everywhere.

A nurse is holding a oxygen mask and she's carefully- carefully placing it on my face.

I breathe and blink a couple times, before my eyes finally shut down.
