~Ayame pov~
I got dressed into my usual attire and headed off to the academy.
When I arrived, I realised I was early but I wasn't the only one early.
Sasuke was also there, he was staring at his desk wordlessly.
No words were exchanged as I sat in the seat next to him.
I drifted off into my thoughts.
A voice stopped my train of thought, "hey were you even listening!", there was a hint of annoyance in the voice.
I turned my head and saw Sasuke scowling at me.
"Uh...I" I wondered why he was speaking to me and what about.
"Hn...Sasuke,Uchiha Sasuke. Nice to meet you Ayame." he repeated emotionlessly.
"Yeah nice to meet you." I responded and silence followed.
Sasuke gazed out the window with a faint smile on his face.

Naruto sat next to me as loud as usual and yelled "Hi Ayame!"
"Hi Naruto" I replied a lot less enthusiastically than he was.
Then tweedle dum and tweedle dee came in----- or was it elephants.
Sakura and Ino arrived , ugh.
I zoned out til I heard Sakura yell at me, "Move your *ss Sasuke-kun wants to sit with me not you!" ,she screamed.
"What if I don't." , I replied bored.
"Nngh... Grrrr.." ,Sakura grumbled throwing a punch at me.
I stood up easily grabbing her wrist and twisting it, "Leave me alone or I'll break your wrists." , I whispered to her in a serious tone.
She gulped and backed off.
Finally peace and quiet, I thought as I sat down.
The rest of the day went by not very interesting.
