Color Guard/Band Stuff

Football game stuff! Meant to post this earlier today but I've been busy being l a z y

The other school's band was great. They played Africa and instantly respected them. They had 2 guard girls there and after our halftime show we got to talk to our sections and we pretty much flooded them and introduced ourselves. They were super nice and they were telling us about their show (which they didn't perform) and they were saying it was called firebird. Which sounds awesome. They said they loved our show and our rifles (which are spray painted pink with orange tape at the nose and butt). And we were also talking about things that annoy the color guard like:
Are you the flag girls?
Are you the band's cheerleaders?
Are you cheerleaders?
Are you the girls with the flags and weapons?
Is that a real gun?
Is that a real sword?
Is it called flag corps?

That aside, we beat their school 51-7. It was yet another home game. So is next week since it's homecoming week.

I actually wasn't atrocious on rifle for the last song. Yay!
