Mini-announcement:

I renamed my rifle once again. She was originally Mayonetta, then I changed it to Chandler last year. Since it's a new year, it gets a new name. His new name (which I mentioned briefly in the last chapter) is Æsir, which is a reference to an app I play called Cytus II. Æsir is the stage name of a character named Ivy. I don't really know why I picked the name.

And yes, I've had the same rifle for almost 2 full years now. It's been through a lot- a gender change, a few name changes, a lost screw in the bolt, and several bumps and bruises. He's still standing though.
