Jealousy, Aprons and Cozy Evening Revelations

He strolled up to her apartment building dressed incognito in all black.

They had exchanged access cards to each other's apartments so he was able to get in and take the elevator up to her apartment. 

He had a lot of feelings going through him at the moment after seeing the broadcast including jealousy but also anticipation because he couldn't wait to see her after what had been a very long day. 

Her door opened and he sucked in a breath.

She was beautiful. 

She still had on the makeup and outfit from the show, having probably gotten home not long before he had shown up, and he had seen her on the broadcast looking beautiful but in person she was even more stunning. 

He wanted to stand there admiring her for hours but her eyes suddenly lit up and she smiled wide, 

"Didi! You're here! I just got back. I haven't been able to change yet but I'm about to make dinner. I'm so happy you're here!"

He stood there, still in a bit of a daze, but at the sight of her smile, he was lost.

He rushed to her, wrapping her in his arms and claiming her lips in a passionate kiss, vaguely remembering to close her door behind him.

She wrapped her arms around him in return, her hands tightly pulling at his clothing, as she returned his kiss with vigor.

Their lips parted when they both needed to breathe but he took one look at his girlfriend's beautiful face and let out a low growl before lowering his head and pressing open mouth kisses all up and down her neck, sucking gently at the skin that smelled like home, treasuring the soft moans she let out, before moving his lips back up her neck to her lips, kissing her deeply before leaning in for one last kiss before letting her lips go.

They rested their foreheads against one another as they caught their breath before she beamed at him, pulling him further into her flat. 

He didn't want to let her go so once he saw the couch, he made a beeline for it, pulling her onto his lap. 

He just embraced her for a second, memorizing the feeling of her being in his arms as he gathered his thoughts.

Her hands gently stroked his back before she spoke up, "I'm glad to see you too. I've missed you."

"Were you jealous?"

He looked away, looking in every possible direction to avoid looking in her eyes, but she could read him like a book.

She placed her warm hand on his cheek and he instinctively leaned into it as he reluctantly met her eyes.

"Baby, it was scripted. There's no need to worry."

He huffed, "But your heartbeat went up!"

She gave him an Eskimo kiss and grabbed his hand with both of hers before pressing it to her chest, right above her heart. 

He could feel her heartbeat under his palm and how it was racing.

"Feel that? That is how I feel whenever I'm around you. My heart beats faster for you then for anybody else. It always has and it always will."

He smiled as he looked up at her and she peppered kisses all over his face, making him feel as light as air. 

"I love you. Only you." She said lovingly. 

Hearing those words never made him happier. 

He pulled her closer, hugging her tightly, "My heart only beats for you. I love you too. So much."
