Yuuki led me and Asuna to a tavern in ALO as she introduced me to her guild who apparently was waiting.
Yuuki:Hey guys!This is Mr.Maverick and uh....
Asuna:Asuna.
Yuuki:....Asuna! Mr.Maverick,Asuna,this is my guild.The Sleeping Knights!
Jun:My name is Jun.What's up?!
Talken:Hi,i'm Talken.
Nori:My names Nori.Glad to meetya.
Slune:My name is Siune.It's wonderful to meet you.And,thank you so much for coming today!
Tecchi:It's a pleasure to meet you.My name's Tecchi.
Yuuki:Er,a-and!I'm Yuuki!The leader of this guild,uh kind of.Mr.Maverick,Ms.Asuna, please don't laugh,but see,we wanna be the only guild to beat the boss on this floor.And we want you to help us!
Asuna:What?!
Maverick:Ah,I see.A very ambitious goal,but a tough one.Have you tried it before?
Yuuki:Yeah,we tried taking on the bosses on the floors twenty-five,and six in the same way.
Maverick:Just the six of you?Impressive.
Yuuki:Yup!And if you ask me,we put up a pretty good fight,too!But every time,a huge guild swept in and beat them before we could figure out our next move.
Maverick:There a reason on why you're so motivated to do this?
Siune:That's a story.Because, back to when we met in another's game's net community.We hit it off right away,and we've been friends ever since.But.....we only have until next spring to go on quests together.Since our time is limited,we wanted to make the most of it.You see...coming spring,we'll all be busy with other things.So,we decided that before we disbanded the guild,we had to do something so amazing,so unbelievable we'd remember it forever!
Maverick:Ok,I gotcha.
Siune:Exactly.If we defeat a boss together,our names will be inscribed on the monument of swordsmen.You know,the one in the Town of Beginnings,in the black iron palace.I know it sounds silly,and,maybe even little vain but,we really wanna get our names upon that wall.No matter what.But getting them on there is the hard part.If a boss is defeated by a party,then all of it's members will get their names inscribed on the monument.But if it's beaten by multiple parties,working in tandem,only the names of the party leaders get inscribed.
Maverick:Uh-huh.
Siune:That's the catch.
Maverick:And since you don't have a full party you wanted someone strong so you had Yuuki dueling.
Yuuki nodded.
Siune:Well,what do you think about joining up with us?!We can't pay you very much,but you're welcomed to what we have.
Maverick:Hm.....one condition.
Yuuki:What is it?
Maverick:Asuna comes with.
Asuna:Wait,what?
Maverick:I want you on this.You're the best support player I know Asuna.
Asuna:Oh,thanks.Didn't expect to hear that from you.
Maverick:Yeah.It's true though.
Asuna:Okay,i'll help.
Siune:Really?!You'll join our party?!
Everyone in the Sleeping Knights stared at us with anxiousness.It reminded me of how Kirito told me about his experience with the Moonlit Black Cats.
