Chapter 119 : stars

Cassie's P.O.V :

We stopped walking as Liam said :

"We are here"

Liam stood behind me and wrapped his arms around my waist , resting his head on my shoulder . I looked around and admired the beauty of this place . We are standing on a lagoon . On the water was the reflecting moon , making the water shinny and in the distance you could actually see the city lights which is also reflecting on the water . I then turned around to face Liam without breaking his grip . I looked at him in the eyes and said :

"This is so beautiful"

Liam : "it is nothing compared to your beauty"

He then leaned in and kissed my nose . When he pulled away I gave him a glare .

Liam : "whaaaaat ???"

Cassie : "you know what I wanted Liam"

I huffed and then he smirked and said :

"If you want something get it immediately"

He then winked and honestly I couldn't hold on anymore so I just stepped forward to close the distance between us then I leaned in and put my lips on his then pulled away to tease him as he just did a few minutes ago . Liam didn't waste anytime and said :

"Come here don't do this to me"

I laughed as he pulled me closer by my waist and then planted his lips on mine . This time before he could pull away I had his bottom lip between my teeth . He moaned a little then started kissing me . I put my hands on his chest while his left hand found it's way to my neck to deepen the kiss while his right hand stayed on my waist . We both pulled away at the same time as we were both out of breath . What a passionate kiss . We rested our heads against each other . We are both breathing heavily now . We kept looking into each other's eyes . After about a minute Liam leaned in yet again and kissed my lips then said :

"Cmon"

He took my hand in his and we both walked . We went back on to the land and under a huge tree I saw a picnic blanket and a picnic basket as well . We went and sat down . Liam started opening the basket and laying things out in front of us . We are sitting opposite to each . After Liam was done opening things he crawled to sit beside me . Then he put his arm around my shoulder pulling me closer to him , right behind us was the truck of the huge tree so we both laid against it we then started eating together while making a small talk then Liam said :

"Do you understand the stars in the sky ???"

I frowned and looked at him .

Cassie : "what do you mean by understanding the stars ???"

Liam : "like do you know how to match the stars together to give you a certain shape and counting the stars and all these stuff"

I shook my head .

Cassie : "what about you ???"

Liam shook his head too .

Liam then turned to me and said :

"Speaking about stars , you are my star and moon . My love is more than all the stars in the universe that is of course if scientists can count them"

Cassie : "well one day they will count them"

Liam rolled his eyes and said :

"Don't ruin my romantic mood"

I giggled and nodded .

Cassie : "now tell me how long did it take you to google this amazing idea about the makeup story ???"

I smirked and raised my eyebrow , I know that he came up with it and didn't google anything but I just wanted to tease him a little . Liam just gave me the *are you kidding me* look and said :

"I know very well that you are teasing me and that you know the answer but I will answer it anyways ........ I sat down with myself and did a little thinking and came up with this"

I gave him a kiss on the check . Liam scooped me up and put me on his thighs . So I was sitting horizontally while he was sitting vertically . I rested my head on his chest and he just pulled me even more closer and rested his head on mine then he let out a sigh and said :

"I am so lucky to have you"

I just smiled .

Cassie : "I wish time will stop right now so we can sit like this forever"

Liam : "I wish"

He let another sigh and I looked up to face him . I need to cheer him up .

Cassie : "don't be sad Liam , just think about now , how we are both finally together on a date , we can be ourselves without being judged . We should enjoy this time"

Liam : "yeah you are right"

I stood up and offered him my hand he took it and I pulled him up , of course he helped because not in a million years can I pull him all alone . So once he was up he let go of my hand suddenly and I tripped backwards .

Liam : "op op op"

He quickly wrapped his hands around my waist and caught me . We looked into each other's eyes as I said :

"Thank you"

He nodded and let go of me . He then took my hand and said :

"Now let's enjoy our time"

I nodded .

Liam : "let's swim"

I have him a dumb look .

Liam : "what ???"

Cassie : "You know it is a crazy idea plus we don't have our bathing suits and not to mention it is a bit cold"

Liam : "we can take off all of our clothes and swim"

He winked at me and I just hit him and pulled away my hand .

Liam : "okay okay I am sorry"

He tired to pull me closer to him but I tried to back away . I love teasing this guy . Liam then pulled me in and cupped my face so I couldn't move then he kissed me . I tired so hard not to kiss him back but eventually I failed and he was about to pull away when I pulled him closer and kissed him . We had a beautiful kiss then we pulled away .

Liam : "See ? You can't even resist my kiss"

Cassie : "neither can you"

Liam : "well I can"

Cassie : "no you can't"

Liam : "try me"

Cassie : "I will but not now"

He smirked and we continued walking .
