It was Thursday and your class in Chemistry just ended which means it's time to go home. But before you head home you put all of your unimportant school stuffs back into your locker.
"Hey (Y/N), you're invited to my party this Saturday." One of the popular students in your school said "Here is the pass to my party, make sure to bring that and dress to impress." She said handing you the invitation
"I'm not sure if I can make it." You lied because you're 100% sure your dad won't let you.
"Oh come on, every one will be there. You have to come." She whined. To be honest you were also popular in your school and it sucks to not be going in a popular party.
"I'll chat you later about that." You have her a nervous smile, you really wanted to go but your dad is a party pooper.
"Great, I'll take that as a yes. So see you on Saturday then, (Y/N)." She said and walked off
I seriously hope so.
Hailee's POV
"Mom! Dad! I'm home!" I heard my daughter shout inside the house while I was cooking in the kitchen.
"We're here princess!" Niall said while doing some work in his laptop in our kitchen counter.
Then I heard her walked in
"Hey babe, how was school?" I asked her while preparing the plates for our dinner.
"Same old, same old." She sighed while sitting beside her dad
"Why don't you go freshen up first while I'm still preparing our dinner." I said while plating the food "Same to you too, Ni." I said and I can picture him smirking at me.
Then I heard both of them walked out of the kitchen but then I felt a pair of strong arms wrapping around my waist and giving me a kiss on the back of my neck.
"Sassy pants." Niall said while putting his chin on my shoulder.
I turned around, wrapping my arms around his neck and giving him a peck on the lips "I love you too." I softly giggled.
(Y/N)'s POV
We just finished eating and the food was so good. Mom really cooks the best dishes in the entire world.
"Movie night?" Dad asked us and Mom and I both nodded a yes
"What do you guys want? Popcorn or chips?" Mom asked while crossing her arms
"Popcorn!" Dad and I said it at the same time
"Okay then." Mom giggled while getting the popcorn out of the pantry.
"I'll go look for some dvds." Dad said while heading to the living room.
I decided to ask mom first about the party tonight then later before going to bed I'll ask dad. Yeah that's seems like a good plan.
While mom pop up the popcorn in the oven she turned around and looked at me. She knows I'm up to something.
"What's wrong?" Mom asked
"Uhmm.. It's about.." I stuttered while fidgeting the hem of my shirt
"Spill." Mom said while crossing her arms at me
"I was invited to this upcoming party this Saturday and I really wanted to come. All of my friends are invited and I was just wondering if I can go?" I asked not making eye contact with her.
"Ask dad." She plainly said
"But dad always say 'ask mom'." Which was so true
"Ask dad first and if he said yes, then I'll think about it." She said while preparing the popcorn
"Ask dad what?" Dad said walking in the room while getting a piece of popcorn on the bowl that Mom just finished preparing.
"She got invited to go to a party this Saturday and she wants to go with her friends." Mom said to Dad
"Are there any boys going to this party?" Dad asked me
"Dad, everybody will be there. Ofcourse there are boys." I said and I already knew the answer to the question.
"I'm sorry, princess. You know the rules." He sighed
"But dad, you know me, I'm a good girl! I've been keeping all of my grades up. Taking some extra classes and attending all of my voice lessons. Can't I have just one night and have fun with my friends?" I asked while my voice raising a bit.
"(Y/N), I said no." He said sternly while grabbing the popcorn with him.
"Mom?" I whined
"You heard the king, princess. I'm sorry but it's for your own good." She said giving me a hug "Come on, let's watch a good movie."
"I'm not in the mood anymore. I'm going to bed. Goodnight!" I said going upstairs, heading towards my bedroom.
Just one night, I just wanna have fun. One effing night.
Hailee's POV
I sighed while (Y/N) was going to her room. I went to sit beside Niall and put my head on his shoulder.
"Let me guess. She's not in the mood and she said she's going to bed." He chuckled
"I'm not sure if you were eavesdropping or you really know her pretty well. But yes she said she's going to bed." I said wrapping my arms around his tummy.
"I'm just scared because she's just like me. She is very outgoing and she never takes no for an answer." He sighs turning the tv off
"I know. But she's right, she's been working hard this past couple of weeks. Don't you think she deserves a little break?" I asked him sitting up straight.
"I don't know, love." He sighed softly while running his fingers through his brunette hair.
"Get some sleep too. You've been working all day. I'll clean this up then I'll be in our room after." I said getting the bowl on our coffee table
"Cuddle?" He asked in his puppy dog eyes
"You know I can't say no to that." I blushed
"I love you." He said standing up and giving me a passionate kiss on the lips
"I love you too." I said after the kiss

I've been staring at my laptop screen for a solid of 15 minutes.
And I replied
