Camila/You - Teach Me - Chapter 5

Your point of view.

When I woke up the next morning, I knew perfectly that it was going to be a bad day. I didn't have English today, whether it was a normal or an extra class. I got out of bed with no particular excitement as I knew I wasn't going to see Camila today. That was having a much more effect on me than I thought as I felt my heart break when I realized that I wasn't going to meet those beautiful brown eyes. I got ready rather quickly, posted myself in front of the house as Stephanie was supposed to pick me up. She noticed directly that something was wrong with me but decided not to push it as she saw that my mood was definitely not something she should question at that moment. Each class was unbearable and I couldn't help but let my eyes wander to the window, hoping i would see the beautiful brown haired girl walking down the courtyard or something. But nothing. She was nowhere to be seen and that had a massive effect on me. After my 3rd class I couldn't take it anymore so I decided I would skip the next class and find a place where I would be able to actually relax and get her off my mind. However that didn't prevent from walking in front of her classroom hoping I would get a small glimpse of her chocolate brown orbs. Of course fate had decided that I wasn't going to be able to see her today as she wasn't in her classroom. I kept walking to my usual bench that was situated behind the school, at the fence with the small park that was as vast as a forest. This was the quietest place in the school and I usually went there when I didn't want to get disturb as nobody knew its actual existence. I froze right in place when I actually saw someone sitting there. I was about to explode on them, tell them to leave this place and never come back to it as this was my safe haven but I slowed down my pace when I actually noticed who it was. I couldn't help but look up at the sky and smile widely.

"Dear fate, I really wished you weren't such a tease and didn't like to play with my nerves so much." I thought to myself before walking to the bench from behind. I was right behind her and was slowly leaning so that I would see what she was doing and noticed she was writing something. I slowly leaned to her ear and whispered.

"That's my sit Camila." I whispered and she jumped in surprise practically falling off the bench before finally staring at me, the laughing-her-ass-off me.

"Y/N?! You scared the crap out of me!" She half yelled as she brought her hand to her chest as if to tame her crazy heartbeat.

"Oh really? I hadn't noticed." I said playfully before taking a seat next to her on the bench.

"Do never do this again." She ordered slowly.

"I can't promise you anything." I stated causing her to shrug.

"Are you stalking me?" She asked after a few minutes realizing that I had nothing to do here.

"Yes. Definitely." I answered playfully.

"Really?" She asked raising her eyebrows and for a second I thought it was hope and please that I could see in her eyes.

"Nah I'm not." I stared and this time I was sure I could see the disappointment in her eyes. " but I've been dying to see you since the moment I set a foot in this school this morning, so I'm glad I actually had the idea to come here." I explained causing a small smile to appear on her lips. She just remained silent, as she looked down at her hands again.

"What were you writing?" I asked out if curiosity and wanting to actually find a topic about which we could talk.

"Not your business." She snapped actually hurting me with the cold tone she had used. I looked down, sighing before running a hand through my hair. I got up, not even looking at her and spoke.

"Then I guess i'll just leave you to your business." I stated as I began walking away slowly.

"Wait!" she called. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have snapped. It's just that I don't like to talk about my writing." she explained as I just stood there awkwardly waiting for her to ask me to come back and sit with her.
