The light of a new day woke the prince up as sunlight started peering through his window. It's the first day of lessons with a mixed-up class. The prince woke up excited yet scared of what today could bring. He knew The Dark Princess would be a part of this mixed-up class, that is something The Royal Mage would do. Jungkook worried about how the others attending this class would feel about having her there, but maybe things would be different after their conversation yesterday.

Jungkook stopped stalling as always his brain had more questions than anyone had answers for. He got out of bed and opened his curtain letting the light fill the room. It was a beautiful day. The prince's powers felt great because of it but he was a bit sad as he and Apollo couldn't gallop to the sun. He let a soft sigh as he missed home for a bit. The outfit for today was nothing special; a white shirt, jeans, and brown boots. After getting dressed the prince set down by his desk to look at his school schedule. His first class was; The History of Magic, it was Sir. Dargon's class, he was also the leading teacher of Jungkook's class. After a further quick scan, the prince packed all the books that he needed for the day, as they were conveniently placed on a plank above his desk.

After packing everything up he left his room ready for his first class. The sun building was busy with going to their morning classes. Jungkook hoped secretly that he would come across Teahyung or JB in this chaos as he already had forgotten his way to class. "Ayy, our prince woke up!" JB yelled behind him and Jungkook sighed in relief thanking whoever god heard him. He turned around to greet his friend. "Also good morning to you, JB" JB came closer grinning. "So, what class you got?" He asked as he leaned on Jungkook's door. "Magic history, you?" He laughed as he pushed himself off the door to face the prince. "Me too! I am the only one to enter your class from the test!" He declared cheerfully. Jungkook was slightly taken aback as not only did that mean that his class would be hard but also that JB is a pretty good mage by nature. "That is awesome! congrats!" That is all that Jungkook could think of to respond. JB laughed again as he motioned Jungkook to follow him and started to leave the building. "Come on prince, you don't wanna be late for your first class!" Jungkook quickly followed behind him. "I told you yesterday that you can just call me Kook" JB smiled as he looked at the prince who just caught up to him. "I know but I can see how awkward it makes you whenever I say that. Can't help but do it." Jungkook gave up and chuckled. He had never met a guy like JB. He seemed so not caring and kinda rude but once you bothered to get to know him he was actually pretty soft. The prince couldn't help but just laugh.

After walking across half of the school the two finally got to their history class. The class was a half circle that went higher with every row of seats, this way everyone could see the professor at all times. The two friends were not the first ones to arrive in class. The Princess of Darkness sat already in the highest row hiding in a dark corner of the room. Her place looked like it was made for her. The prince didn't think twice about it and went to sit next to the princess, having JB hopelessly follow him and whisper; "You really want to get killed, hm?" Jungkook laughed him off as he was glad that he decided to join. "It's nice to see you again princess. Excited for our first class?" Jungkook tried hard to come over as friendly as he could and took his place next to her. "It is history. In my land, I would love to listen to it but here I fear I will need a lot of willpower to keep my opinion out of some topics." Jungkook understood what Nari meant, once they had to talk about The Old War things might come up that would upset The Dark Princess. He took a closer look at the girl, she seemed so cold and collected yet he felt like he could see through the mask and he saw a vulnerable and scared girl. "If anything makes you uncomfortable let me know I'll try to help." Nari looked surprised for a moment before the cold face came back again and a soft; "Thank you" left her mouth. Jungkook smiled not pushing it any further.

"Yo! Taehyung!" JB yelled out as V entered the classroom. Jungkook turned around seeing a confused Taehyung entered the room and came up to them sitting in front of the prince. "They mixing years as well?" He asked confused as he set down. "What do you mean?" Jungkook asked in return. "Well, this is my second year here while you and JB just got here for the first time and yet we are in the same class." Jungkook and JB 'aaaaa' collectively understanding now why V was so confused. JB pointed at the little dark corner and whispered to Tae. "Hey, look" Taehyung looked over noticing that The Shadow Princess was sitting there. "Hello there, Princess. I didn't see you there" Tae laughed softly and Nari greeted him with a smile and a polite nod. Jungkook wasn't sure of it but the princess seemed to become paler by the minute. "Is everything alright, Nari? I hope I may use your name" He said gently. He felt worried for the princess not knowing why. "You may." She started. " I will be fine. Do not worry about it." She added quickly. Her voice was much softer than before. "Are you sure, princess?" Taehyung chimed in finally seeing the same as the prince. "I just.." She looked down as if she couldn't end her sentence. "You can trust us. We will try to help." Jungkook assured her putting his hand on her desk to lean closer. Their eyes met and the prince couldn't help but get lost for a second in those sky-blue eyes. "There are three strong Sun Mages around me." Her voice snapped him out of it. "And very little darkness with the pure sun slowly rising outside. My powers are not a costume to that." Taehyung and JB looked at each other dumbfounded but the prince could understand. He has always read that The Underworld had no sunlight so it had to be hard for her to be here and around them. He moved away from her and looked up deciding to help her, with a small hand movement he let a golden string fly up to the curtains and close them so the shadow around the princess would grow. She looked up at him once again, he could already see her skin going back to normal. Another soft "Thank you" escaped her lips.
