Myles POV
Trevor and I walk over to Shelby who has a smug look on her face. I hate her. We sit on the opposite side of the table to her, and we just stare at one another awkwardly. Why did I even come here? What did I think I was going to get out of it?
"Myles." Shelby greets us. "Trevor."
"Shelby." Trevor and I say unison.
"What brings you here today?" Shelby asks me. "Our talk from earlier today must've gotten you worried, huh."
"You need to stay away from all of us." I demand. "Me, Briar and our baby, the Squad and us boys."
"What makes you think I would do that?" She asks me. "I wouldn't be getting anything out of it."
"I'm willing to some sort of compromise if you are." I suggest and she nods gesturing for more information.
"What do you want from us really?" I ask her. "You have beef with Berkeley not me, for starters, so I don't understand why you're taking it out on Briar and I."
"I want revenge. If I hurt you guys then it will hurt Berkeley too." Shelby explains to me. "But I'll stop if you pay up."
"What do you mean 'pay up'?" Trevor asks before I can.
"Money that's the compromise." Shelby tells us. "You pay me 50,000 and I'll leave you alone."
"You're saying you'll leave us alone completely. You'll leave the country and never hassle us again." Trevor says.
"Yes and I'll even make sure the Girl Gang don't hurt you because of me." Shelby promises. "What do you say?"
"I think its a deal." I agree.
"Great." Shelby says. "We'll work out some sort of way for you to get the money to me later."
"Of course." I say. "I think we should go now."
Trevor and I stand up and start to walk away. Something about that whole situation was extremely weird. Shelby was being so calm and chill about everything, she even agreed to a compromise which I didn't think she would. Is she playing us for fools?
Yes she is ...
The moment we get to the door Shelby jumps on my back with a knife in her hand. She tries stabbing me but I dodge her. she punches me a few time and then gives that up and goes back to stabbing me. I push her off me and she falls an hits her head on the ground.
At first I think she is tricking me ... then I think she's knocked out ... but then I realise she's dead. I killed her.
