Briar POV
Myles is home at last. Everything is completely back to normal. Myles has settled in at home and we've talked through what happened. We sorted everything out once and for all and have decided that there is no need to go over it again, seeing as it was such a horrible time of our lives. And I think all the dramas finally ended. Thank god for that. No more fighting, no more police, no more trouble.
"Mylo." I say. "I need to tell you something."
"What is it?" He asks, getting worried.
I smirk. "Oh, just that I love you."
"I love you to Briar Nolet." He says, leaning towards me and placing his lips on mine.
Later on that day the whole Squad comes over, as do the boys. We sit around the dinner table and just hang out. None of us mention anything to do with Shelby. We're back to just being a group of people, a group of friends. I'm so glad I have them in my life. And I know they'll never leave me because true friends are there for you no matter what.
