Third Person's POV

It is Winter in New York and snow is falling heavily from the clouds. Mikey was in the Lair, shivering as the temperature grew colder with every passing minute.

Wait, back up.

Why was Mikey in the Lair by himself, in the middle of a blizzard, with no heat?

Well, let us backtrack here.

The Hamato Clan had noticed the weather growing colder. The sewers were especially cold in Winter. So the Hamatos went to April's apartment.

Mikey had left his nunchucks and comic books behind. Seeing as the weather was not too bad, his brothers, with some hesitation from Leo, allowed Mikey to venture to the Lair to retrieve them.

As Mikey reached the Lair and grabbed his items, he had shivered at the extremely cold weather, his skin starting to turn blue.

Mikey hurried to a manhole to go up to the surface before the storm got worse, but he was too late.

The manhole was frozen shut, snow weighing it down. Mikey realized he was trapped in the sewers, and feeling panicked, ran back to the Lair.

He ran to a corner in the dojo and curled up in a ball, wrapping his arms around his knees.

He was alone, and he wanted his brothers. He was freezing, his skin turning bluer as the temperature grew colder.

"Bros," Mikey weakly called out.

He shivered and closed his eyes, hoping for his brothers to be here soon.

Meanwhile with the Hamatos and April

Leo was pacing with his hands clasped behind his back.

Raph was looking out the window with his arms crossed over his chest.

Donnie was sitting on the couch with his elbows on his knees and his hands clasped together.

All three were worried about Mikey. They sent him out an hour ago and he has not returned. They took note of the growing storm, their worry shining brighter.

"We gotta go look for 'em," Raph said, turning away from the window and looking at Leo.

Leo looked at his remaining brothers, then turned to Master Splinter. Splinter hummed.

"I believe that would be the better idea to do. Be careful, my sons, and bring your brother home safely," Master Splinter responded.

Leo nodded, walking over to the window Raph opened. The three brothers then ran out into the storm, shivering all the while. Hopeful and praying that their baby brother was okay.

Meanwhile with Mikey

Mikey was still in his curled up form against the wall. His skin was almost completely blue due to the freezing temperatures.

He was weakly calling out his brothers' names, wanting his brothers with him.

(A/N: imma do a mash-up of the POVs so sometimes it'll be the brothers and other times it'll be Mikey. The brothers will be italics and Mikey will be normal.)

Mikey tried moving his fingers and toes, finding them to be numb. He could not feel anything.

They rushed to the manhole closest to April's house. Leo and Raph swiped the snow off of it and went to lift it, but found it was frozen to the ground. They had to get to Mikey.

Mikey shivered and weakly called out his brothers' names again. He was feeling incredibly lonely.

Donnie got out his blowtorch and started on the manhole, all three brothers not worrying about the cold. They were more worried about their brother.

He just wanted his brothers.

The ice melted. Leo and Raph got the manhole off and jumped in, Donnie closed the manhole when he jumped in.

He wished his brothers were here with him.

The three brothers ran as fast as they could down the sewer tunnels, hoping to reach their brother before they were too late.

He wished they could tell him he was going to be okay.

They finally reached the Lair. They heard the barest of their names being called and ran to the dojo.

His wish came true.

Mikey's three older brothers cuddled around him, trying to get him warm. They were shivering as the cold finally got to them.

Donnie turned the heating systems on and all brothers sighed in relief as they felt the heat finally drift through the Lair.

Mikey teared up and tears started streaming down his face. Leo, Raph, and Donnie told him that everything was going to be okay. They loved their baby brother and would make sure nothing like this happened again.

So that's how the four brothers ended up on the couch, after telling April and Splinter they were all okay, cuddling and watching Mikey's favorite Disney movies.

They found irony in the fact that one of them was Frozen.
