CHAPTER [18]

Kai's POV

"No, please no,"

I exhaled deeply as hearing that. Sehun kept mumbling those same words since they got out from the place just now.

"Sehun?," bravely, I moved my hand to ruffle his soft hair.

The latter lifted his head and looked at me with his teary eyes. If he was not in this trouble condition I would be-

"Damn, what's wrong with me?,"

I shook off my head, trying to get rid of that stupid thought.

"H-He is here, he really come back," Sehun's words made me frowned out of confusion. Back? What did he mean?

"Who do you mean?," I tried to find the answer, although I was pretty sure Sehun would never utter a word about it.

"H-He, he wants to kill me," my fist grasped as those words enter my ears.
Kill Sehun? I would never let that happen.

"Wait, why am I being over protective right now?,"

I really don't understand myself. Why am I being like this?

"Sehun, it's okay I am here for you," those words smoothly came out from my lips. I was actually shock with my own words.

But seeing Sehun stopped crying made me felt a bit relieved. This looked wrong, we were rivals.

We hated each other but here we were, assaulting each other with a tight embrace.

"I will send you," I finally declared after the long silence.

As I started the engine, and let go of our grip to focus on the road. Sehun suddenly startled before grabbing my arm.

"S-Sehun?," I stammered as I could feel the tight grip.

"No, don't let go," he stated, almost whining. Looking at me with his pleading look.

I gulped as the heart beating was beating abnormally, like the first time I fell from him.

"D-do I fall for him again?,"

"O-okay, let's go," I quickly started my expensive car before Sehun would make any sudden actions that could make me even shock.

His house was not far from the place, just few minutes but it did not seem like it. I felt like it was really far.

I sighed, before my eyes caught something on the side mirror. I glanced at it and saw a suspicious car behind.

"What is it?," I muttered as I noticed it was following my car from just now.

My face turned to look at Sehun, and seemed like the guy noticed there was something.

"Sehun, whatever happens just trust me," I stated firmly, he was unsure at first but eventually nodded after I gave a warm smile.

I inhaled deeply before I speeded up my car, it was moving really fast. The car behind was trying to catch up.

"Luhan," I quickly called Luhan.

"Yes, Master?,"

"Find my location right now, send some of our men here," I demanded as Luhan picked up.

"What's wrong, Master?," he sounded shock as well.

"A car is following us, it might be an attack," I uttered as my eyes would not stop glancing at the side mirror.

"Yes, Master,"

The call ended as Luhan said that.

Few minutes later, I could see some familiar cars coming over. I noticed the suspicious car was slowing up.
