It started on a weekend in May...
Well, when I found out about a band with my future husband in it that is. My best friend had been texting me about a new band she had seen on TV. Knowing her, I expected a country band. To my surprise, they weren't a country band.
The band??
5 Seconds of Summer.
She was clearly obsessed. She went on and on about them, but mainly the lead singer, Luke Hemmings. (A/N: <3) His hair, lip ring, vans, eyes, hair, lip ring, vans, eyes, hair. It wasn't exactly annoying, but I understood as I was that way for over two years with One Direction.
She showed me their performance, from the Billboard Music Awards, of their hit single She Looks So Perfect. They did an epic jump after one chorus and I told her that they were okay.
For some reason though, I didn't love them right away.
