We've been in paradise for about 4 years now. Somehow 4 years ago I was able to convince Newt to come with me and we found him a cure.

We ended up hooking up 3 years ago when Minho couldn't take it anymore and told us if we didn't hook up and stop flirting with each other he was gonna throw us off the cliff.

I don't really talk to Brenda anymore. When she found out about me and Newt she just kinda stopped talking to me. Things get awkward every time we see each other.

Minho got himself a girlfriend. When they first started dating we, as in me and Newt, went on a double date with them. Minho said something like "Isn't my girlfriend beautiful?" and Newt replied, "Yeah, but my boyfriend is still prettier." Then kissed me on the cheek. I was blushing furiously.

Newt and I go on a date night every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. On these nights it's just us. No Minho or his girlfriend. No Gladers. No immunes who made it to paradise. Just us.

Other days we sometimes go on double dates with Minho and his girlfriend. Oh yeah by the way her name is Morgan. She's pretty cool I guess.

Newt and I have our own little house by the beach. We sometimes go for midnight swims together. Then lay out on our towels in the sand. with our hands interlocked together and our legs tangled. Most of the time we fall asleep like this. It's awful in the morning when we do though.

Minho gets a bucket full of ice water and dumps it on us. If that doesn't get you up and going I don't know what will.

We are really enjoying paradise. I'm happy that I get to spend everyday with the love of my life, Newt.
